Necessary for some machines, optional for others.
This CASABREWS stainless-steel espresso shot cup, with precise shaped spout for pouring is really great when making espresso. For anything else it's a bit small. The pouring spout is opposite the handle, which is a bit inconvenient, as it is easier for me to do a side pour. I'll have to ask around to see if I'm and outlier.I like that it's dishwasher safe, and won't absorb funny odors or stuff, and it's the perfect size to fit under the portafilter of my machine.

A great little espresso cup that's very well-made, for a reasonable price.
This is an excellent little espresso cup that's made out of stainless steel, with precise measurements on the side (inside). It's great for measuring out the exact amount of espresso or milk (or anything else) that you're aiming for, and it's very well-made, with its brushed stainless steel and very neat presentation. It looks great and it pours easily thanks to the shaped spout, and the little handle on the back is attached securely to the body of the cup. The markings are etched into the steel as well, meaning that even with frequent dishwashing the marks stay clear and easy-to-read. And, this is easy to clean, just a quick rinse out will make it nice and shiny as new.The only downside is that you'll need to make sure this will work for what you plan to use it for; it's not a regular cup and it's much smaller than a standard cup. It holds 100ml of fluid max, which is just about 3.3 US oz.I only review things that I personally use myself on a regular and continued basis. I always give my full, honest, unbiased and unfiltered opinion on everything I review. I will not hold back or avoid describing any issues I have with a product. I write exactly what I think about things - the good, the bad, the ugly, and the questionable. If I get multiple of something it's because I regularly use and need both of them. And, I will update my review if something breaks, stops working as intended, or otherwise doesn't hold up as expected.

Minimalist kit for your espresso machine
Remember the old Sierra cups for backpacking? I do. And this looks like one of those in miniature. It’s a no frill, no fuss vessel to pour espresso into, even if you are best off getting it directly into your drinking cup. Sometimes you can’t do that, and this is what you need.Is is a simple, round, metal cup that’s narrower at the bottom, like someone lopped the point off a cone. There’s a simple handle, and 180° from the handle is a spout. It works great with the following details to note:The spout is a bit awkward in relation to the handle. It would require you to do a lot of flexing of the wrist to poir, and that’s not ok from an ergonomics standpoint. However, it does not mean you can’t be like me and just pour it out of the side! Works just fine. The other is the claim that’s it can hold 100ml, which is 3.5 oz in imperial measure. Technically that’s true, but I have to say that the 200ml like is quite literally placed on the top of the rim. My auto-machine will dispense a 3.5 oz double on one button. The surface tension wasn’t quite enough and some spilled. It’s that close. So really it’s more of a 3 or maybe 3.2 oz cup. Still, if you pull 1 oz espresso shots exclusively this will be fine.

Great Quality Cup
I've poured over 30 single and double shots into it, and it's been an absolute joy to use. The stainless steel design is durable, easy to clean, and retains the heat of the espresso perfectly. It’s the ideal size for precise shots and makes my coffee routine feel so much more professional. If you're an espresso enthusiast, this is a must-have! Highly recommend.

Perfect
Perfect cup for my purposes. My old machine had enough space to just put a mug underneath for making coffee drinks and just going direct into the mug. But my new compact unit does not, and this solves my problem! I especially like the volume markings on the inside- I have not tested their accuracy but I also have no reason to question it.I would say the construction is good enough and heavy enough that it will last indefinitely with care although I would describe it as consumer grade in terms of the weight/gauge of the steel.Would buy again, for sure.

Perfect size for espresso
this is the perfect size espresso cup. I have it under the spout and use it to transfer from the espresso cup to a larger mocha, latte or americano. The stainless steel is in nice for, without any ridges for the espresso to drain back into the cup/ This is not meant to be drank from it is more of container to transfer it from the direct extraction to the actual; drinking. I am very happy with thee quality of this little espresso pitcher/cup

This is a very basic and easy to use espresso shot cup
Products like these are used if your normal cup wont fit under your machine. This worked perfectly for me. There are no frills and no fancy designs on this its just stainless steel and does its job.
