Works well, but start with half
This works well for helping me get a decent night of sleep. I found that half a pill is more than enough for me, and I wake up feeling fine the next morning.When I tried a full pill, it was a bit too strong and left me feeling groggy the next day, so I’d recommend starting with a smaller dose to see what works for you.
