100% satisfied and highly recommended. They are pricey, but well worth the money!!
So far, we are 100% satisfied!!!!!! Had a bit of an issue when they were delivered due to packages being damaged during delivery and missing parts. Company gave a very reasonable discounted price and we were able to purchase the wiring that was missing. We have been completely satisfied and highly recommend.

No EPS/UPS functionality and poor customer support
In some use cases I'm sure this could be just fine, but it does NOT operate as advertised. Learn from my mistake - a dual configuration does NOT support EPS/UPS operations. It cannot charge via AC and output AC at the same time and must be manually enabled and disabled. In my case, this was going to be a backup for our well pump but it will not function for that at all. Worse still, when I contacted Growatt they ghosted me. No response at all to my attempts to contact through email for well over a week.
