Bought for use in compounded cosmetics and toiletries (moisturizer, deodorant) and the texture is perfect. I find myself using it as a stand alone product for face, body, hair, and cuticles. It is a bit greasy but absorbs quickly, I do not recommend screen use immediately after handling. The scent is subdued but pleasant, not overpowering at all. Good quality, excellent value.

This is working out great for my hair. It give me a nice soft feel without making it too oily. I am not sure if it is going to help my hair grow, only time will tell. But the smell makes me happy and my hair and scalp feel healthier.

I like this Shea butter because it is raw and unrefined and 100% pure and natural. The only ingredient that’s in the jar is shea butter. What’s good about it also, is that it’s good for your body, face and hair. If the jar gets too warm, just stick it in the frig, and it will solidify very quickly. It feels greasy on its own, so I started making my own facial moisturizer using shea butter as one of the ingredients. I never buy store-bought moisturizers any more because I don’t need to. I’m saving a lot of money and time by making my own. I gave a sample to a family member, and she loved it!!! Now she wants more!!! It’s good for day wear or at night time. You don’t really have to add other ingredients because it’s great on its own!

Absolutely love to use this on my skin! It’s so soft and smooth. I definitely will be ordering it again. It’s a go too! I hope it stays like this. Being good quality. It’s moisturizing as well. The scent isn't strong, it smells good.
