Absolutely love these Ybells! I’ve been using them for a couple of years, and they are so versatile! I can grip it like a dumbbell or use it like a kettlebell. Makes working out more interesting and fun!

I used this new kettlebell/dumbbell equipment at Orange Theory class and I instantly fell in love! I hopped on Amazon before I even got home and ordered 2 of them! I’m a beginner at strength training and still learning which this is easy to handle and helps me with so many different exercises! It also really helps to make you have the correct form on certain exercises-like overhead tricep extensions! This is so versatile! I love it! I’m going go order one per month until I have the whole set!

I typically don’t buy any fixed weight items, since I prefer adjustable for my micro gym… but these are a must have. The varying functions and grips make this extremely unique. It’s solid and durable, and I use it for a ton of core and quad exercises.

Received on time. Packaged well considering size and weight of shipment. Products is as designed and can be used as intended. Seems durable. Time will tell and if not my review might change. If not changed assume durable too.

The cost is the only concern I have with these. I thought of buying some heavier but can’t justify that high price. I’ll live with just the ones I bought. Doing tpush-up is great. No bent back wrist pain any longer. Plus they allow me weight lifts both while doing pushups and just exercising. These are working great for me.

Das Gewicht macht eanscheinend dem Packet etwas Schwierigkeiten, es musste neu verpackt werden. Es kam neu verpackt einen Tag später an. Diese Kurzhantel wird mein neues Lieblingsgerät für Workouts. Man kann sehr viele verschiedene Übungen damit machen. Meine Lieblingsübungen sind die aus der Liegestütz auf zwei der TRX Kurzhanteln. Sehr effizient, ein guter Kauf...

Perfect for compound exercises. Works good for push ups as a stand because it's heavy (at least 4 kg version), therefore stable. Also good as a weight (both DB and KB-style) for weighted drills e.g. squats or presses or curls, whatever. Using instead of KB's has its limitations, because the heaviest Ybell is 12 kg, which is too light for men at least. Although I think Ybells are about to be used for more cardio/average weighted fitness drills, where it gives huge field for creative fun workouts. I liked the idea a lot.
