Ceramic Wok Pan, 12 Inch Nonstick Wok with Lid, Healthy Non Toxic Woks & Stir-fry Pans for Cooking, Induction Cookware, PFOA & PFAS Free

After buying and trying several expensive carbon steel wok options that we ultimately ended up returning because no matter what they say, these types of pans just don't preform well on an electric ranges as they require a higher heat that only an open flame can provide. We scoured Amazon and located the Koridsen Wok and we are sure glad we did! This pan arrived excellently packaged and has been a workhorse in our home since receiving it 17 days ago. It has performed above and beyond our expectations in terms of heat and nonstick capabilities, showing no signs of scratching and degradation of the nonstick surface and, the stir fry spatula and glass lid that it comes with are very robust and fit the pan like a glove. The handle on the pan has to be assembled, and the instructions it comes with are very straight forward for doing so and Koridsen even provides the screwdriver for installing it. Also the handles for the pan and the lid remain cool to the touch and the weight of the pan is light and very manageable while remaining strong and robust. My wife is Chinese so you can believe me when I say we've put it through it's paces as we cook 3 to 4 dishes consecutively in it for lunch and dinner and have yet to have a fried egg or anything else stick to it. We find that the value of this pan far exceeds its list price and that the fit and finish are on par as well. We believe this pan to be an excellent option for those needing a good ,no a great option for an electric range cook surface. *Also be cognizant that if you mar the bottom of the pan to sand it smooth as this pan or any another pan will scratch the surface of your glass top if you don't mind this warning. So far this pan has yet to put one scratch on our glass top.

Love this pan! Good value for money. No sticking issues. Pan is durable, even after washing in dishwasher. I do usually season the pan with a little oil after washing. It was super easy to put the handles on pan and lid. It says the handle is wood. It looks like wood. Feels like silicone or rubber. With that said, the handle stays cool and is comfortable in my hand. Even with my arthritis. I would definitely buy again. Matter of fact I ordered the 2 sauce pan set.

I purchase a lot of products from Amazon and this may well be one of the best purchases I have ever made. I had never heard of this brand and bought it solely based on the positive reviews. It arrived very well packaged and all you need to do is attach the handle to the wok using the screwdriver (they even included a decent quality screwdriver). Attaching the handle was quite simple and it feels well secured and tight (I may tighten it in the future if needed). I've used this wok well over 50+ times and the coating still looks brand new. It's a breeze to clean and I don't always use oil when cooking (we have a gas stove and I don't heat it really high - medium heat at most). It's versatile because of its size so it can be used to both stir fry and for making sauces. I am really impressed by the quality of this item especially given the price.

Bought for use on a portable induction burner. Works well, not flimsy, no hot spots. Cleans up well. Absolutely love the fact a glass lid and silicone wok spatula were included. Really good buy.

After years of using a coated electric wok, I was finally able purchase one that could be used on a gas stove and am 100%+ satified with this wok's quality and how well it cooked the stir fry chicken and vegetables i made for a delicious and healthy meal. The handle was easy to put on and was so much easier to work with than the one I had with the two small handles on either side of the work. Not sure what it's made of, but it is very comfortable to the touch. The wok itself heated so quickly, did not burn and cooked the veggies and chicken thoroughly in a very short amount of time. I had a lot of different vegetables so i cooked each type separately to not overload the wok as the instructions said to fill between 70 & 80% of the wok...great tip. I thought the price point was very fair, given the quality and same day delivery. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again as a gift for someone. Also, clean up was so easy and it came with terrific spatula as well.

I love this skillet, the quality is really good, this skillet have even heating while cooking. Work well every time I have used it. I only use scratch resistant cooking utensil only. Little expensive but worth it.

I'm very new to ceramic cookware but this stuff is great -non-stick, non-toxic. This wok has a flat bottom which is better for my glass top stove and closely matches my new beige ceramic cookware. It cooks really well, Chinese stir-fry and comes with a silicone wok style spatula. Clean up is a snap.

I LOVE THIS WOK! I use this pan for just about everything. I works great for preparing sauces, casseroles, frying fish and french fries, and large batches of burrito meat. Nothing ever sticks and the handle is solid.
