I don’t do many reviews, but I find I must on this product. I’ve used it every day now for 11 months. It is a winner! Makes beautiful warm foam from creamer. But its durability rates 5 stars. We had some friends over, and I made 6 or 7 cups of coffee using the frother 3-4 times. Worked great, but I didn’t realize until the next day that one of our friends had washed our dishes but had dunked the frother in a sink full of water and soap. The next morning when I went to use it, water wash sloshing around inside, so I got all the water out that I could and tried to use it, but it was dead. So I took it apart and dried it out with a hair blower. Then it ran but did not heat. But the next day, I tried it again and it worked perfectly and has worked perfectly every day four weeks later. I’ve had quite a few frothers in the last 20 years, but this one is by far the best!

This makes perfect hot cocoa! The foam settings are also pretty nice as well and its super easy to clean

I purchased this October 2025, and it is now May 2026 and it does not work anymore. All the lights come on, but the rotation mechanism does not work. Also the spiral metal piece that is attached to the rotation mechanism got warped and I’ve only ever used MILK, so yeah not made well. So this lasted only months. Also, the different frosting buttons did not do much of anything. I will say the cold and hot options did work, but I never saw a difference in the textures of the froth no matter what I did so I’m gonna give it one star. I would return, but the window closed and I am disappointed I can’t get money back.

This could be a 5 star if it were bigger. It's very compact, and that's still great, especially if you have small space. Yet overall, I would expect a little larger of a size about 3 ox more at minimum. I got on a sale costing above $30, so it is overpriced even on sale. The dials are different than what it says on the actual device. So as a tip, try other buttons before thinking it is malfunctioning. Not sure this was a fluke batch, but the dials on this are flipped around and by trying the other buttons (not the power button, cuz that one did not work at all by clicking that first - had to hit the other frother buttons to get this power up. I am curious so I kept at trying different times until the lower left button brother actually got it on. From there I pick the other frother buttons, but never the power button - yet as soon as I click the other frother buttons, the power Light comes on, just doesn't work by clicking on it directly. Outside of those glukey glitches, the frother itself is very good, however, remember to click button again if you let it sit longer than 5 minutes, otherwise it is thin foam and not up to par with quality. Has to be taken out quickly to love it. I have no energy to return it, so I am laughing my way through it all...Blessed New Year's everyone and everybody fpr 2026!
