I like it. It is basic and not flashy. It just reminds me that I am saved through His works not my own. Praise the Lord. Jesus wasn't flashy and didn't need a cross and neither did his disciples, but we are told to take up our own cross. So many levels to this layered cake, but I like my cross and me wearing it reminds me that I am saved when doubt comes around the corner. It really is just a peace of metal but reminds me that I am part of a kingdom that is not seen. The Kingdom of God through Jesus Christ who did it all for me.

and at the least opportune time. But this old, rugged cross, will last pert near forever. Thought I'd lost this cross several times. I think I've been wearing it going on nearly 20 years already (baptised in 2003) when the links in the chain eventually gave out. It. Just. Broke. So far I think I'm on the third or fourth chain. They really don't last all that long and I honestly haven't looked into a better quality stainless steel chain to go with it. I'd bought a pack of extra, stainless steel chains, and after replacing one about a month ago, I started having this really annoying itching around my neck, on the back of my neck, chest, I traced to the actual chain. It was like wearing wool - which I'm allergic to. Prickly, itching powder feeling. I took some very fine (5-0 ?) steel wool I had around for wood finishing to the chain, rinsed it off and the itching stopped. Looking forward to another couple of decades' wear, and I still have a handful of spare chains. You should too.

The only thing I didn't like about it was that it has a very small chain. It's probably long enough for a child, but it won't fit around an adult's head. Luckily I had a spare chain lying around. The cross is designed perfectly and looks amazing. I bought this cross because it is more simple and not as ornate as most jewelry. I have received many compliments from wearing it.

Necklace arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It has a nice weight to it, and looks like it will last for a very long time. It is simple, but very good looking, and was exactly what I was wanting.
