I've tried a lot of pre workouts on the market and this one is easily my favorite. It tastes good and I can trust the ingredients which is super important to me. It does give you the tingles from the beta-alanine but I actually enjoy that during my workouts so it doesn't bother me. I opted for the caffeine version but it doesn't give me the jitters, it feels like level energy and I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine so that's a huge win for me. Highly recommend!!

I'm not a huge pre-workout person, but this pre-workout has been so amazing! The flavor is really good, it gives me a good energy boost, its full of clean ingredients, and I don't feel any of the jitters that other pre-workouts give. I'd highly recommend this pre-workout!

I love this brand — their ingredients are super clean, and I always buy their protein powder. This is a pre-workout that should come in powder form, but it arrived completely clumped and hardened. I already emailed the company, but they told me to contact another email address — very confusing. Such a shame.

I mixed core colostrum with the pure pre workout as a morning beverage while I was working today. I’m not a big fan of stevia. But other than that, I liked the tangy blackberry lemon flavour, and the energy it gave me. It’s not at all like most commercial pre workout drinks that give you jitters. I will make it as a smoothie or a popsicle for when warmer days come. I think if they switched to allulose or monk fruit, I’d give it a full five stars. All in all, I am happy with these products and will continue to observe how my body responds to them.

I like the flavor. It gives me good energy without hurting my stomach. I will definitely be switching to this pre workout. Only issue is it’s very clumpy and hard to break up.

I like this product a lot, unfortunately the last several times I have ordered, it’s come in chunks that are very difficult to break up and scoop out. I wish there would be better quality control.

I couldn’t rave enough about the flavor! It mixes so well in a blender bottle, making it so fast & easy for me to keep in my workout routine. I usually cannot handle pre-workout due to jitters & this one does not! I have better focus & more energy during my workouts, which is an essential as a busy stay at home mom. This helps me pack in a good workout in a shorter amount of time!
