Why does my TV not show my laptop desktop in full screen? Why is there no sound on the TV?

If your TV doesn't display the full screen, set your TV to full-screen mode or set the resolution on your laptop and please set the audio options on your laptop.

Why doesn't it respond when I plug in the device?

Please set your TV channel to the corresponding channel of the HDMI port.

Does the wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver support playing games?

Of course, our wireless HDMI has very low latency and will basically meet your gaming needs. If your game is extremely demanding in terms of latency, then I suggest you use an HDMI cable!

Can I use it for my presentation?

Our wireless HDMI plug and play, support 4K decoding, 1080P HD output, 150FT, 2.4G + 5G dual-frequency high-speed transmission, suitable for home viewing, classroom lectures, work meetings and other occasions!

Why do I receive devices without the distinction between RX and TX？

We have a film attached to protect the led status display, just peel off the film from the device and you can see the RX and TX.
