Is it OK to use all day?

No. I did call the company which I do suggest for any questions. They were real nice and there was no wait time. The woman I spoke to said you know when you have had to much because you feel like you have had too much coffee. My light is about a foot away and I do two hours max at full power. I do believe it would be different for each individual.

What are the three temperatures (in Kelvin) ?

The color temperature are as follows: Warm: 2700K-3200K General Ambient: 3700K-4300K Reading/Tasking: 4745K-5311K

Does this lamp have more than one usb port? can you charge your iphone and have the light on at the same time?
