This was a great add to my grilling, smoking, and everyday cooking needs when you are wanting to monitor your temperature progress quickly. Love it and it has been in my cooking drawer for over a year now with easy of use.

I like the auto shut off when you retract the probe, and quick read if it worked. Mine keeps flickering on and off and now will not shut off when the probe is closed. Based on my experience I can’t recommend this.

Good product, when I open the probe, the thermometer will be switched on automatically, which is convenient. The LCD is also very fast, almost immediately insert the probe into the food, the temperature shows up immediately. Im strongly believe that cooking with this thermometer, I will definitely make great food!!

great function - 5 star if it wasn't necessary to close the sensor to turn off

Have had this since January 2018, used very lightly and only by adults. The collar that holds the probe in place as it folds has split, allowing the probe to dangle and making the instrument unsafe to use. The thermometer worked well, but it is now unusable. Disappointing.

Like this thermometer a lot！The product has simple and practical design, easy to read, and it’s auto on/off. It would be a great gift for my mom.

Really like this item. The magnetic back is very convenient. The backlight turns off a little to quickly.

I can only use once, then it doesn't adjust back to room temp for several minutes. Not useful if you have several pieces to check.
