The beanbag came in a pretty small box (though, if you have any sort of back problem that would affect your ability to lift, then be aware: it's pretty heavy. The amazon package said it was about 25lbs total.) It was packaged securely and came in multiple plastic bags that to make sure the vacuum seal remained in tact. Outside of the packaging, it fluffed up pretty quickly. After only an hour of being up, its expanded enough for me to sit on it comfortably. As other reviewers said, you can feel the little foam pieces in the beanbag, but its not really an annoyance. It's kinda like laying on a bumpy mattress pad; comfy, but textured. The fur is really soft, and it was easy to zip the cover over the base. The color is as described in the listing, but I got black, so that would be pretty hard to mess up. I would imagine you might be able to see the dark grey foam bag through lighter covers, though. It has an odor that's pretty strong out of the box, but that dissipated pretty quickly. Its big enough to comfortably fit one adult right out of the box, but it could fit two smaller people pretty easily, too. It appears to be 3 feet in diameter, but I'll double check that once it has more time to expand. On the whole, it seems to be pretty solid for the price point!! I would recommend!! I'll come back to update once it has more time to settle, though. (Also, I got the 3 foot one, but I noticed a discrepancy from another review. If you get the 5 foot one, be aware that itll only be 4'2" in diameter. It lists thr dimesions as "5 foot - 50 in × 50 in" or something like that, but just ignore the 5 foor marker, because it's inaccurate.)

This was such a nice chair, its foam pieces in it but like memory foamish, it like conforms and you can easily move it and “fluff” it out! It’s also good size, my 9 year old fits it perfect and us adults can sit in it! The box was nice from the company it came from with cut envelope and pamphlet on how quality of the bean bag! Worth it! Very durable and just worth the purchase!

This is very stable and the size expands larger than you’d expect as well. Great quality and my kids love it.

LOVE this Chair! PROS: - Great size! Perfect as a seat for me (I'm 5'7") and also as an ottoman next to my IKEA sectional. - Comfy fabric cloth. Easy to remove and wash as well! - Easy to move around/lift despite its size. Good weight. - Comfortable fill. Sort of a memory foam instead of peanuts, which makes it more relaxing with less shifting. - Nicely packed and easy to set it up. - Color matches the picture, which is always nice! CONS: - Takes a few days to fill out its shape and a few more to get super comfy.

We have a similar one that is a different brand (purchased from Costco) and I was hoping this one would be similar. This one is softer and I don’t think it would hold the weight of 2 people without squishing down like the other one so I took off a star because it is the same size. We are keeping it because it seems to be good enough and will be fine in our kids bedroom but since it’s so soft/less foam, it won’t be durable enough for heavy use. Plus I am not sure how you would return it after it expands out of the box.

Huge bean bag! Was not expecting it to be so large. Also very firm. It is nice quality and well made. Just make sure to read specific size before ordering. I bought it for my 3 and 4 year old grandsons to jump into. They love it! It is just so big! Lol

Purchased two of these bag chairs for our homeschool space and they did not disappoint. Unpacking them wasn't difficult at all. No strange odor and inflation was easy to accomplish...once removed from its packaging I was able to begin separating the foam filled bag with ease. Then slid the bag into the outer beanbag cover. It took about 72 hrs for it to fluff up entirely, but once it did it was pretty comfortable. My little one enjoys jumping on it, durability was key, these work great. Not too heavy to pickup and move around. When it begins to get flat spots all you need to do is fluff it back up by pounding on it a few times. I would definitely recommend.
