I absolutely love this new steamer iron it works great seems very professional made very well now I don’t mind ironing at all

I was able to get a great deal on an open box return and I love it. Irons are getting heavy and hard to grip for my aging and falling-apart body of mine. The grip is smaller and easier for me to hold. It's hard to break the habit of wanting to stand it up. You do have to have the water tank accessable because it will need to rest there unless you can come up with some sort of a holding station (still thinking about that). This has a wonderful separate water tank (why have to sling all that weight around?) The hose is extra long so the tank can be in an entirely different location than my board. I plan to shelve it when I finally get my sewing room organized and would like to hook it so it comes down from above to free up even more weight. When you first get it or if it should run dry you need to hold down the steam and pump it to get it siphoned. A lot of the reviews about it "only clicking" or thinking it's a faulty product sounds as if they're not giving it enough time to siphon. Good thing for me because I was able to get this Rowenta I otherwise would never be able to afford. Buy with confidence but read the directions and give it a chance. I use it primarily as an iron but it's nice to have it's steaming quality. It gives a marvelous blast of steam

Honestly, it’s frustrating to see a product that could have so much potential fall short in so many areas. First off, the integrated unit design is supposed to streamline the experience, but all it does is limit versatility. I didn't realize it was all one awkward wonky piece that was downright hideous and impossible to use. Why can’t there be a temperature control option? It’s ridiculous that users must settle for a basic on/off button when customization is necessary. And don’t even get me started on the complete lack of user instructions! It's infuriating to have to figure things out on your own, especially when a little guidance could make a world of difference. Initial setup shouldn’t feel like navigating a maze—good customer support and clear instructions should be a given! Let’s be real: the high price tag is absolutely unjustifiable when the product lacks basic features that would actually enhance its functionality. It’s as though they expect consumers to pay a premium for something that isn’t even close to being worth it. If the company doesn’t step up its game and address these glaring issues, I can’t imagine many people will want to invest in this product. It needs serious improvement! Also, I cannot find any customer service information needed to extend the return date. My mother has been very ill and hospitalized, which has caused me to miss the incredibly short 30-day return window. If I had purchased this elsewhere, I would have gotten at least 90 days. I'm so angry and feel like I threw $75 out the window!

This small but mighty iron is attached to a water reservoir, with a good 3-4ft. Wrapped tubing. It is a well made, heavy duty iron that has a button on the easy to hold handle to release steam when you desire. With the combined iron and steam it presses and steams clothing effortlessly. There is a lot of cords, but the reservoir has a cord clip holder on the side to help with storing it away. This iron works so well with little effort that it almost gives you a professional pressed feel. This would be great for an everyday use, setup in a laundry room, for a seamstress, quilter, or really and crafter.

I’m not really sure what to think about this iron/steamer. When I first opened the box, it looked like it had been used, but then I noticed a sticker saying the product had been tested. When I tried it, it took quite a while before the steam started coming out, and it doesn’t make much noise when steaming. It also isn’t very powerful—you have to push down on it to get good results. In the attached photos, the first picture shows the tablecloth after ironing without applying much pressure; the second shows it after pressing down harder. Another concern is that there are no settings to adjust for different fabric types, which can be tricky, especially with polyester. Additionally, it doesn’t glide smoothly unless you use the steam feature. It looks lightweight, but it doesn’t feel that way because the cord connecting the water container to the iron is heavy, constantly gets tangled, and pulls the iron back. I’ll still give it another try, but so far, it doesn’t seem to be the powerful, “magical” iron/steamer I was hoping for.

Good product and design, but was awkward for my arthritic hands, so it was returned.

muy practica para quitar arrugas de trajes, algún detalle en camisas ya planchadas. como plancha principal le falta tener rociado de agua.

A menos de un año de haberla comprado el vapor ha dejado de funcionar en su totalidad y considerando que ese era su atractivo principal, es como si el aparato se hubiera averiado por completo. Ya que aunque la placa sigue calentando, nunca estuvo lo suficientemente caliente como para hacer el trabajo por si sola. Así que ahora debo darle varias pasadas para que una prenda quede arrugada en vez de hecha chicharron. Y ni hablar de que la marca haga valida la garantía, ya que su pagina te manda numerosos errores absurdos y su linea de atención al cliente nunca responde. Cabe aclarar que el aparato se uso siempre según las indicaciones en el manual, el cual hace mención explicita de usar agua del grifo. En resumen, para que gastar en una marca “premium” que al final es tan desechable como cualquier otra pero 3 veces mas costosa?
