THIS STUFF IS A MIRACLE!! I stumbled upon a recommendation for it in an online thread and I think I owe whoever posted it with my life. I've suffered for years and the last bout of itching almost drove me crazy over the last year. I had tried everything over the counter and even the prescription my Dr. gave me didn't work long term. I bought the 3 pack thinking even if this worked I'd have to use it for awhile - but nope! In less than a week and half a tube later, I literally feel like a new woman. Be warned though - this stuff smells terrible (like calamine and musky scent) and it was so strong I was afraid my partner could even smell it (he never mentioned it though). And I had to throw out several pairs of underwear I wore while using this (the greasy stain it left wouldn't come out) but that was a small price to pay for the relief this brought me. Seriously, I feel better than I have felt since I had my first kid over a decade ago. I do wish the applicator had a cap on it, I felt a bit weird leaving it open once I put it on. Removing it to put the cap on was a mess, but leaving it open and in the box didn't seem to have affected it. With the applicator it was easy to apply and had a soothing cooling effect right away. I wasn't sure it was working the first day or so, but after that the speed with which it worked was nothing short of shocking. I cannot recommend this enough, I would give it 10 stars if I could! If you've suffered like I have (or hopefully are smarter and finding this sooner) - do not waste another second and buy this NOW!

Okay, I read nearly all of the reviews. I have an office job and am sitting most of the time. I do have a sit/stand desk, but after a while, standing hurts my back, so we're back to sitting and that's where the problem started. I developed a...well, you know. It got to the point where it hurt a bit to sit. I used the OTC stuff. No real relief. I was so worried that I may have to go to the doctor, but WHO ON EARTH wants to go, "Hey Doc, can you take a look at this?!" Ew. So, I thought I'd keep looking and I found this item, Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment. The reviews RAVED about it, some complained about a smell, some said it did nothing. There was one review in particular: RobbieBeast...they were detailed on how they used it. I decided to give it a shot. They arrived on 4/19 Saturday. I immediately opened a tube and followed the instructions Robbiebeast detailed. INSTANT RELIEF!!! INSTANT!! Did I mention the relief was INSTANT?!!! I could sit with ease and no pain and the cooling feel is...beyond! It is Monday, 4/21. No, they are not gone...yet, but they are tolerable for the most part. I am back at work and sitting again, but I am taking more breaks and standing up more and I feel confident that given a bit more time, they will be a faint memory. I will update on this in a week or so, (and I never update.) Are there instructions? Yes, but everything is in Chinese, so just go with what you know on this. As for the smell...*eye roll*...1. If you've ever used BenGay, Icy/Hot, Tiger Balm, or any other menthol type balm...it's nothing more than that. It does not bother me at all. It most certainly DOES NOT linger in the air, you can't smell it on a person (like you can with BenGay), it's not super strong. Maybe others got bad tubes?? There's way too much drama over the "smell". Don't fall for it. It's not a big deal. It is pink. It doesn't stain anything for me, so I am not sure how/why some are complaining that it stains clothing? Bottom line: TOTALLY WORTH IT so far and if nothing more, the pain relief is worth the price of admission on this one! Get it!!!

I tried Tucks, Preparation H all formulas. This one has just a bit more cooling effect. I recommend it for pain. It distracts from the pain. I'm suffering from a mass and the pain is overwhelming. The best way sometimes is to distract. Some people say it smells like dirt... I like the smell. It's not flowery, or chemical... it's earthy.

This ointment was easy to apply and the tubes are a convenient size. I noticed some soothing relief from the discomfort and irritation after using it consistently. It worked fairly well for me, although the results weren’t immediate and it took some time to notice a difference. Overall, I’m satisfied with it.

I have no idea what this ointment consists of, but I don’t even care because it works so well! This stuff smells so horribly bad, but it really is a miracle ointment for hemorrhoids. I’ve experienced large ones being significantly decreased in size and pain by the next day. It can be a touch uncomfortable (think slightly stinging with that cold medical feel) but it’s worth it to feel the results. I highly recommend putting it on something soft and then using that to apply where needed. If you use your fingers you’ll be smelling it even after handwashing. Those around you will be able to smell it after applying. Yes, through your clothes. I like to use a little panty liner to apply it with and leave that in place. That helps it not be so smellable to those around you. It’s easy to use and worth the money because a little goes a long way!

Wow! I've had hemorrhoids for about 8 years or so, off and on, and they flared up during pregnancy and giving birth this past year. I have truly tried everything short of surgery, and though this has not "healed" them, this is the first ever ointment that has relieved the itch and swelling, and it causes an immediate cooling effect! I have not used it for an extensive amount of time, so maybe if I did I would finally have true healing BUT the smell is gross to me, so that is why I just use it off and on when I need to. I would recommend this 100x over! 1 Con: the smell is so strong and you somewhat can taste it
