A good sized wok
I really like the fact Jobin have taken the time and care to ensure this wok is well packaged ensuring no damage during the shipping process. Once the seasoning has been finished off, you'll find this wok to be nonstick and I've tested this by frying an egg without oil, perfect fried egg. It is not as heavy as I thought it would be, so nice to handle, and the lid sits nicely on top, though it is not a tight fit it still retains the moisture. With it having a flat base means you can use it on a glass top hob including an induction hob, it works on our Samsung induction hob nicely and heats up quickly. If you have never owned a carbon steel wok then you might find that you end up using it for just about everything, like we do, from browning of meats for a stew to cooking egg fried rice, it really is so versatile. After each use, just wash with warm water and cloth, not one of those green or yellow pads with a scourer on, reheat and wipe some oil around the inside with a piece of paper kitchen towel, keep doing this and the wok will last you years and build up the most perfect nonstick surface. I do really like this wok, and would certainly recommend to both newcomers and seasoned cooks.

Good quality and size
This is a brand new non-stick pan and I am deeply satisfied after using it, so I would like to share my experience. First of all, the design of this non-stick wok is very exquisite. It also looks very atmospheric in the kitchen. When I hold it in my hand, I feel that the texture of the handle is very comfortable, and after repeated friction, there is no paint loss or wear and tear. In terms of performance, this non-stick pan performs very well. During the cooking process, whether it is frying eggs, sautéing vegetables or stewing meat, it can easily cope with it. The pan conducts heat very well, heats evenly, and does not become mushy It is worth mentioning that this non-stick pan is very easy to clean. Simply rinse it with water after use and wipe it with a soft cloth, no need to use any cleaner, saving time and effort. Finally, the pricing of this non-stick wok is very reasonable from a value-for-money perspective. Considering its excellent quality, superior user experience and long lifespan, it's definitely worth every penny. Overall, this non-stick pan is very satisfying in terms of design, usability, convenience and value for money. Jobin’s 30cm carbon steel wok with lid: Great quality, heats and cleans well. A mid-size wok
This is Jobin’s 30cm carbon steel wok, It's really well made, feels solid and good quality. It came in two pieces, the wok itself and the wooden handle that I had to attach, which was simple enough to do. I seasoned it like I do with all my carbon steel cookware, just a bit of oil and heat, then wiped it down. It heats up fast on my wok burner which laps the sides of the wok with a flame, which is exactly what you want from a wok, and the heat spreads evenly from the bottom to the sides. I stir-fried, sautéed some potatoes (although this was a bit starchy for the pan), then ended up shallow-frying some gyoza dumplings in it (rather than steaming), and it handled everything just fine. The non-stick surface works well, and cleaning it after was not difficult at all. It has a shallow glass lid, which is handy for steaming or keeping things warm, and for checking nothing is burning. I think if you look after it, it’ll last for absolutely ages. For the size and quality, it's definitely a very good choice, so I’d like to recommend this one to you.

Do not buy
This wok appeared great on first few uses but very soon lost its non stick and became rusty just as shown in other reviews. Not impressed. A lot of money for a couple of months use. Don’t bother.

Ho acquistato questo wok attratto dal fatto che non ha alcun tipo di rivestimento antiaderente artificiale: un dettaglio molto importante per chi, come me, cerca una cucina più salutare e vuole evitare materiali che col tempo si rovinano o si sfaldano. 📦 Confezione: arriva ben imballato, con manico in legno da montare facilmente (basta avvitare la vite già inclusa), coperchio in vetro con pomello in legno e libretto di istruzioni in italiano. C’è anche una sacca in tessuto utile per riporlo. 🍳 Materiali e costruzione: Corpo solido, in acciaio al carbonio, pesante il giusto e con fondo spesso a cerchi concentrici che lo rende stabile su qualsiasi piano cottura (induzione, gas, elettrico, ceramica). Il manico in legno è comodo, ergonomico e non scalda durante la cottura. Sarten para wok, antiadherente, es bastante grande, 30cmts y muy robusta, lo primero que me gustó fue como viene embalada, el wok recubierto por una bolsa fina de tela, los filos de la tapadera también venían protegidos, la he utilizado y la verdad que una maravilla, yo tengo inducción y ningun problema, artículo de buena o buenísima calidad

Wok parfait pour cuisiner sur mes plaques à induction. Le revêtement est de bonne qualité et les matériaux sont de bonne épaisseur. Le manche permet de bonnes prises en main et celui-ci semble solide et bien fixé au corps du wok. Le fait qu'il soit en bois donne un style unique et une bonne prise en main il y a même un anneau au bout si on veut la suspendre. Le couvercle est parfaitement adapté et la prise en main par la poignée est agréable et ne retransmet pas la chaleur ce qui est parfait. J'ai testé en première « recette » basique des œufs au plat juste pour voir le revêtement et c'est impeccable rien n'accroche.

Viene bien protegido y embalado. Se monta en nada y es grande, en cuanto al uso no pesa mucho y es fácil de usar, los alimentos no se pegan al usarlo. Es práctico que venga con tapa para que se mantenga caliente y se cocine antes lo que prepares.
