Commercial Series 1250, 1750, 2450: Expertly Engineered Foldable Treadmill, Treadmills for Home Use, Walking Treadmill with Incline, Superior Interactive Training Experience

Wow! I have been looking to get a treadmill for a long time and kept coming back to NordicTrack as I wanted to use iFIT. I chose the Commercial 1250 as it’s got the robustness of the more expensive models but at an affordable price. When it was delivered it is huge and very heavy at about 140kg. It was just about manageable with two people but took a while to build as I wanted to make sure it was done right. Very well packaged and overall easy to build. Having now used it several times I am very impressed. The overall build quality seems excellent and the iFIT is amazing. The software is well worth it and I have even installed Spotify and Netflix. Navigating is easy and it works quickly. I’m also very impressed it works with my Apple Watch and once setup displays info on the screen and even adjusts the workout intensity based on the data from the watch. I have setup an account for me and my partner and also installed the app on our phones. All very easy and excellent to use. I would definitely recommend this treadmill and of course if you can afford the 1750 or 2450 go for it!!!

This is not the first treadmill that I have purchased as I have constructed 4 gyms in the past, 1 commercial and 3 at club level. The NordicTrack 1250 is the best so far and it really does look and feel like genuine commercial level equipment. I was surprised how easy it was to put together as thankfully the base and track comes already assembled. You will need 2 reasonably able persons to put it together though. It is certainly big and strong enough for my 6ft 2, 100kg frame. It comes with iFIT software which is fully interactive and choc full of endless workouts and real life (and AI) personal trainers. You can workout in beautiful destinations all over the globe. You do have to pay a subscription though, but if that puts you off, you can still do basic programmed workouts just fine, but like me, you will probably want to subscribe in order to benefit from the full experience. A word of warning for home users, make sure you build the treadmill in the room you want to use it as it did not fit through my doorway and I had to wheel it outside to the rear of my house.

This is an incredible treadmill! The quality is fantastic and with two people it’s pretty straightforward to assemble. Warning though it is really heavy so you need atleast 1 of you to be pretty strong. I have been using it for almost a month now and I’m so impressed with it! It goes up to a 12% incline and 3% decline and the transition to those are so smooth and the same with the increase and decrease in speed. IFIT is brilliant! I have been doing a lot of the advanced hikes are they are so good at getting me out of my comfort zone and doing speeds and inclines that I probably wouldn’t push myself to do otherwise so I’m definitely already noticing a difference in my fitness from that. I have had a massive issue getting Netflix to work on it and have ended up giving up on that but it’s not the end of the world as I would mainly do the IFIT trainer workouts anyway. Only downside of IFIT is it is really expensive! You get a free trial of it when you purchase the treadmill which is great but I’m not sure what I will do once that expires. Overall I think it’s a fantastic treadmill and I would highly recommend it and its well worth the money.

I feel bad giving this a low rating. The iFIT app is superb and the treadmill comfort and feel is that of a gym quality product. I have an issue with mine and have now started a returns process (which was quite painful) My issue was a fundamental problem…when I followed several iFIT workouts all was well (platform in long and declining to match the video) BUT on full incline the treadmill did not maintain the speed. As incline increased to maximum at a speed of around 4kmph, the speed increased by up to 7kmph. It is a speed co trail issue. That’s a problem that needed to be fixed, so I was amazed when the engineer that came told me this was perfectly normal for ‘heavier’ users. I am 15 stone and the max weight on the specification is 23 stone! At 66% of the max allowable user weight, it is not right that I should just ‘live with it’. It took several messages and references to trading standards to get this resolved. But it was sorted eventually. I think this is possibly a rare occurrence, but I have to be honest and report my experience.

Quality treadmill, features uphill and downhill options, feels very solid to use, folds up for storage. Def needs 2 people to assemble as very heavy. Needs a lot of space for delivery as comes in a massive box, and needs quite a bit of headroom as the running bed is a substantial step up. Touch screen is easy to use but smaller than expected - most of the screen has border, so it is quite small to try and read when running. IFIT app has a good range of preset runs and classes etc but the response time to load is very slow. Would recommend this product.

This is a great treadmill for home use. Arrived quickly and easy to put together with clear instructions. Definitely need 2 people to move it and construct. I’ve used it daily since delivery. It is really easy to use. I’ve synced my headphones and the fan is very handy. Would highly recommend
