Holding up well, matches our new faucet
We got a new faucet installed and just needed this piece to be switched out to match the new set. It doesn’t have any real functionality so it’s just there to look good and it does. Purchased 10 months ago and cleaned every day and it looks new so it’s a win.

One Exception - Loose Thread on the Air Gap Device AND the Super Stiff Hoses
The new one looks great, Moen quality has always been a buy-point for us, we've tried others and have been disappointed with use-life. We replaced the existing air gap because the thread was stripped from the excessive pull at angle by the super-duper stiff hose to the garbage disposal. This new unit is as loose in the retention nut and device thread as the old and immediately started to strip out so that the air gap was no longer 90 degrees to the sink ... The hose was not too short, just too stiff for the angles under the sink. Either the hose needs to be updated, good luck finding any less stiff in that diameter, or the thread tolerance needs to be tightened so the nut does not easily disengage.

Matches New Faucet
It’s expensive but does really complete a project installing a new Moen faucet. Just do it, no regrets and nice it matches.

Perfect match, but VERY expensive
The spotless stainless air gap cover is a perfect match to the Moen spotless stainless faucet, which was the only reason to buy this particular air gap. It also includes a lower ring to cover the air gap base so no white plastic shows above the countertop. Otherwise, the rest of the air gap is just what you would find in any store. At least the cap appears to be actual spotless stainless steel as opposed to fake metal on plastic, which I guess is the reason for the big cost.
