Is this considered healthy?

Leo, I really enjoy this trail mix and I do order it almost every time I place my order. This mix contains a lot of healthy nuts-cashew, peanuts and raisins, and several other kinds of nuts. It does however contain M&M candies and the raisins are sweet too. My husband is diabetic and can not have the M&M's or the raisins. I don't have the bag left, but I don't remember this mix stating that it is a "healthy" choice for snacking. Unfortunately, I am so addicted to this Signature Trail Mix that I find it hard to quite munching on it. I will be adding this to my next order again. For the most part, Leo, I would say "no" this is not a healthy snack but it sure is out of this world! I hope this helps and I hope you are able to enjoy this product as much as I do.

What is the experation dates ?

While I can't remember the exact expiration date, I did check it when I received my order and it was "fresh," not something that was out date at all.

Does this contain wheat?

There is no wheat indicated in the ingredients; “produced on equipment that also packages products that may contain wheat.” No GF symbol or statement of being gluten free, if that is what you need this info for.
