Today was my first day using this item. I actually thoroughly enjoy it. I have never used a weighted vest and I thought 12 pounds was going to be a lot but once I put it on, it actually felt really good and I did an entire hour on my walking pad this morning. I highly recommend it. It’s so good for the price and it made my back feel good.

This is just your basic weighted vest. It fit me nicely and it wasn’t too heavy. I don’t use it all the time because it does make your walks more challenging. If you’re looking fora weighted vest this is a great basic one.

I ordered the 8 lb vest to hopefully improve my osteoporosis. I wore it to excercise class today and it was very comfortable! Many others in class expressed interest in it as well. It is well balanced and loose enough that I was able to easily move my arms when using weights. I did detect the chemical odor when I received it, but it has dissipated as advertised.
