Great texture for homemade desserts
This kataifi dough worked really well for making crispy layered desserts and gave that signature shredded pastry texture once baked. The strands separated fairly easily and crisped up nicely without becoming overly hard or dry. I used it for pistachio-based desserts and pastries, and it added a really good crunch and authentic texture. I also appreciated that the package contained a generous amount, which made it useful for multiple recipes instead of just one batch. It does take a little patience to work with if youโve never used kataifi dough before, but overall the quality felt good and the final results turned out flavorful and visually impressive.

Perfection!
I wanted to make the viral Dubai Chocolate bar for the first time and wanted to use only THE BEST ingredients. I used organic butter and turned it into brown butter ghee and fried these shredded raw Kadayif until they were toasted and golden in the ghee. Then I stirred in a 100% pistachio butter from Italy (no sugar, no oils, no milk). I put some milk chocolate in a chocolate bar mold and added sea salt & froze it. Then I added the Kadayif mixture and froze. Finally topped off with milk chocolate and sea salt again. Divinely delicious!
