Actually had issues with it from day one Grandson loved it but would not open and close properly he’s always having to work on it and he’s 10 I’m disappointed in quality and the moving parts seem cheap and for the price it should work like advertised mask looks cool but how it functions is terrible should never had bought it and don’t recommend you wasting your money and I really wanted this to be a great buy but if your wise don’t waste your money!

Awesome cool product! My husband loved it! If it doesnt seem to work at first, it is because of the battery. We ran into the issues the other low stars gave but after we let the battery sit in there for a bit, everything worked well. Opened and closed on command! Voice commands wont work when it's too loud though but thats what the clicker/remote is for! :)

Definitely would’ve gave it a five star review however the first helmet came damaged with a side plate was broken so I had to do a replacement, but it did come within the next day! Product came as advertise, heavy duty plastic not metal definitely not made to wear or cosplay, but looks good on the stand on my collection! Would not recommend buying that full price definitely wait until Black Friday sale or cyber Monday sealed to buy, I must have for all Marvel or MCU fans!

We have had it less than 24 hours and now it won't work properly. It is malfunctioning, and won't open. Voice commands not working. This is way too expensive to stop working after less than a day. Sad 14th birthday gift for my child.

The appearance of the Helmet was good, the pieces fit together ok and were finished nicely, if it was going to sit on a shelf it would be fine. This is the reason I'm giving it 2 stars. The mechanism that opens and closes the individual panels seems fragile and problematic. On its first use a small piece of the wire linkage for one of the cheek pieces either came unlipped from the plastic lug it fits into or it was shipped like that or it happened in shipping. It was able to be carefully reinserted but this needed to be done a couple of times before another part of the mechanism failed and it was packaged to be returned. After approximately 50 open/close cycles the small motor that operates one of the cheek pieces just stopped working, it didn't make noise like it was trying, or move like it was, it just stopped working. We decided to return it after that. It should be noted that the padding inside the helmet is retained by plastic snaps, when attempting to unsnap the padding to inspect the non working motor one of these snaps came unglued rather than unsnapping.

I do not recommend this product AT ALL!!. I bought one for my son for Xmas and it came without instructions and none of the voice commands worked (I have a strong feeling that they sent me a previously returned product). I am still waiting on a refund for that return which is also very poor customer service. I purchased another one in the meantime, hoping to diminish the disappointment for my son's main item on his Santa list, only to receive yet another defective product. It started jamming up after only 1 day, front of mask wouldn't open and the remote didn't work from the get go!! $1400 for 2 products from one supplier is shameful and really not worth it. Maybe it's a bad batch over the XMAS period but from my perspective this product and its supplier customer service is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product given its price.

Posso dire che comunque è fatta molto bene, i movimenti dell'apertura e chiusura maschera funzionano bene. Anche comandi vocali nonostante che siano in inglese vanno molto bene. Tutta la struttura è in plastica verniciata di lucido, non è verniciata molto bene in quanto ci sono dei graffi in controluce molto ben visibili. Però in compenso per averla in vetrina, fa il suo aspetto e sono molto soddisfatto....

La.luce degli occhi non e del tutto funzionante... un.occhio si accende e uno no... doveva essere un regalo di comunione...ma non ci faremo una bella figura
