This is the best leak proof, sipping lid design travel mug I've ever purchased for drinking coffee and I have purchased quite a few, numerous name brand ones and others that are not. It keeps my coffee at a great temp. I have never burned my mouth using this mug as I have done many times in the past with other brands. I also use it for keeping a beer cold and again, perfect for drinking along with keeping my beer too. The mug has a nice rubber base that's removable and does a excellent job of keeping the mug from sliding if for some reason you sit it sown on a slopped surface. My only negative comment I have with it is, it's fat which I'm no fan of. I travel a lot and carry it with me in my computer bag for grabbing coffee at hotels and for use during my work day. I rent a lot of different name brand cars from the airports and there have been quite a few that the travel mug will not fully fit down in the cup holders, so be aware that could be an issue. I do recommend it, just keep in mind the diameter (3"), it may not fit your cup holder if you plan on using it as a daily travel mug.

This is expensive and it was a gift I am so glad I received. My husband bought himself and I one for work coffee. It’s so good at making hot coffee drinkable. Keeps drinks hot for a long time.

I have everything ninja. At this point I wish they would sponsor me because I love their products so much lol and this mug is nothing different than amazing. I had a yeti and when I learned ninja made a mug I had to buy it. It doesn’t keep your coffee blazing hot but I like that. It helps your coffee get to a comfortable drinking level and you won’t burn your mouth trying to sip coffee It feels premium like all of ninja’s products. It feels sturdy and quality feels great. It has a rubber base which helps if you’re a little clumsy. However, even if you tip it over, it’s leak proof and does not spill everywhere. My only issue with this mug is that the base is thick so it does not fit in my car’s cup holder. However, I have extra room by my cup holders and it fits just fine. However, if you just have cup holders with no extra room this won’t fit. I love taking my coffee to go and this is such a great product. Anyone buying this would love this mug and you know what you’re paying for since it’s made by ninja.

Edited to add: It doesn't keep drinks as hot as I'd like. My Yeti does a better job. I do like that it's easy to keep clean. I wish the base were a little narrower to fit in my car cup holder. Still glad I bought it. I was intrigued by the premise of this mug. Like competitors, it isn't cheap. Normally I alternate between a Yeti and a Stanley. I expect my mug to fit in my car cup holder and keep my drink hot for at least an hour. This mug is larger and feels sturdier and heavier than my usual go-tos. I like the color choices and the bottom cover. The top is very ergonomic to the mouth, which is nice. I feel like the mouth shape is one of those things I will now expect on other mugs. The one disappointment is that opening and closing it makes a rather loud snapping noise. Thus, while I'd planned to take it to work and travel with it, I'll probably keep it at home since the noise could be rude in a work setting. It is easy to clean -- fewer parts and fewer places that can trap disgusting gunk. It keeps my drink hot, but I don't think that aspect is superior to other brands. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Didn't work exactly as anticipated for me. I gave it quite a go but I think I add more milk to my coffee than the specifications are based on. Did seem to help keep it warm a little longer, but also I'm not a huge fan of the way the drinking spout works. Ultimately, I should have paid more attention in the specifications about the ratings and the amount of milk. I also really prefer something that's a little more dishwasher safe.

Purchased this to replace another brand. I’ve had it for a couple months and use daily. One of the main functions I liked the best is that the lid can easily be cleaned. I use cream in my coffee and the last mug had areas that were not easy to clean. I also like that it brings scalding hot coffee down a few degrees so you don’t burn your mouth. It does keep my coffee drinkable temp for at least 4 hours. Even in very cold Colorado winter temperatures. Mine does not leak and fits my vehicles cup holders. Unfortunately, the 16oz is too tall to fit under my Nepresso machine. I also wish it came in red. Otherwise, great coffee mug. Highly recommend.
