Cheap stainless steel kettle, it doesn't leak, it boils water, it's more than good enough for my family.

We've had two of these kettles. The first one broke within six months and the company sent out a new one. That one lasted for a year before it broke today and blew our electrics two days after the year warranty ended. Worked as a kettle but it definitely doesn't last and isn't worth the hassle!

Really disappointed with the product reliability. It's good design and build quality, but the kettle stopped working after a couple of days. Replaced with TESCO kettle Jkss16 (£20) which works and looks fine (picture attached).Sorry, but can't recommend Elgento product.

I genuinely liked this product, I use it to make tea and coffee

Sent a kettle that leaked, wanted me to send it back for a refund but I had to pay the postage, couldn't be bothered so I filled it with soil and put a plant in it... Looks good to be fair...

Stopped working after a week useless I want A refund!!
