Great laptop/tablet combo. And the company is very responsive to my questions and support was great.

I recently purchased the Jumper 16-inch Convertible Laptop, and I couldn’t be happier! The 16GB RAM and 640GB storage are perfect for multitasking and storing large files, making it great for work and entertainment. The 360-degree touchscreen adds so much versatility—I can easily switch between laptop and tablet modes. The backlit keyboard is a lifesaver when working at night, and the fingerprint reader makes logging in secure and convenient. The hideable camera is a nice touch for extra privacy. Overall, this laptop offers excellent value for its price. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lightweight yet powerful device!

Laptop is SUPER SLOW. it does not connect to the wifi for long, and you can hear the fan clashing into the frame if you set it on the bed or a surface. It overheats super fast, I used it 2-3 times in the span time of 3 months and never touched it again since it simply won’t work. It is VERY heavy. And within the months of downloading just Netflix on it, there is already a virus. I would NOT recommend. It doesn’t even run fast enough for gaming, watching YouTube on very strong wifi would still leave the screen blurry. And not to mention the speakers? HORRIBLE. At 100 it sounds like 25! And if you place it on the table, forget about the sound even coming out! Had I use it more often and known more I would have returned it. Unfortunately it’s too late to return it and im afraid to even sell it. Absolute waste of money.

My daughter’s laptop, still holding up well 7 months after purchase. She said it has trouble connecting to internet at her mom’s house but it could have to do with the amount of people connected. The touch screen works well. Seems to have a moderate speed and is a large work screen surface. It had the most features for the money but I’m still worried it won’t hold up as well as name brand laptops. So far so good.

The appearance is beautiful, the price/performance ratio is very high, the computer accessories are complete, the customer service is very patient, it takes some time to install the software at the beginning, the customer service patiently answers, the texture is very good, the computer runs very fast and stable, a shopping experience is very satisfactory, thank the customer service for their patient answers

I like this laptop having big screen and moreover it's speedy touch screen. Having multiple USb ports along with Hdmi port well. Found it very handy and useful for my daily routine tasks. Its battery also run for longer duration.

first review was a one. Computer died after 3 months after writing review I was contacted and they ask some questions and then sent me a prepaid UPS label to send it to them. Within a week they replaced it with a new one. Had for 2 weeks so far so good

Less than a year old , now the touchpad is coming up by lot. Below is what I firstvwrote . First they divided the hard drive into a small and large section. Since I can't find the windows number I can't go through the time consuming reparatition of the drive. The Webcam is not compatible with facial recognition along with a handful of other problems.
