What would be the best paint to paint this model

i can't really suggest anything but as tight as the tolerances are on the driving gears I would be reluctant to add any paint. Just my thoughts.

Can this be taken back apart and reassembled?

Technically yes, but it’s a really bad idea, most of the little parts would most likely break.

Are the balls included?

Yes there are 12 metal balls. This is a lot of fun. Not too difficult to assemble and it works like a charm. When a ball does jumps the track I use a magnetic pic-ur-up to grab it and then to check to make sure joints are tight.

Can this be returned if there's a problem with any of the parts?
