Perfect for therapy & relaxing
Having neck and back issues I really needed this, I like it better then our old square hard shell because it’s soft on bottom and sides and allows me to stretch and float unlike the hard shell which had molded seats and trying to do any moving using would hurt when coming in contact with seating. Yes the jets and heat were better in the 230v hard shell but I much prefer this one. The jets are all around the edges and you can maneuver the parts of your body over them. Different jet system but this set up creates more of an over all message so works great for us. It’s pretty quite as far as when your not in the spa but obviously when your in it with jets running your gonna hear the bubble and water movement but no loud noise of system. We were looking for a plug & play hot tub for our patio. And we wanted a saltwater system. We live in western North Carolina in the mountains and cold & snow during winters. We had a hard shell high end 230v hot tub at are old house but too much work & money to move so we included in house sale. When we were pricing hard shell good quality hot tubs here they would run from 5k -10k plus installing the upgraded electric we would need. Even the 110v plug & play hard shell hot tubs were over 5k. Since we use other Intex products, mostly their air mattress I had no doubts about this hot tub quality. I read most reviews and tips and they helped a lot. We live in the mountains and have our own well,it test pure and there’s only a sediment filter for sand. I read about using an inline pool/spa filter that goes on hose to fill and that removes more finer particles and any heavy metals. You put the filter at end of hose going to hot tub, they suggest not putting at the hose turn on/off Spicket because it would reduce flow. Next I read about using my tankless gas water heater to fill with, that was easy, I hooked the hose to the drain outlet on the hot water side and it took about 90 min to fill and it was at the right temperature when ready to turn on the hot tub. Our old hot tub was a saltwater system which was easier then using chlorine and no strong smell like chlorine. So I choose this model hot tub because it was easy to add the saltwater generator cell. Just read all the instructions they give and it’s like a 5 min upgrade. Don’t use the little ball with chlorine if you change to saltwater or your have problems and the salt generator system uses the salt to create its own type of chlorine. Ours came with the black energy saver cover, Do not try to inflate this, this is a Self Inflating cover. There two plastic valves that are covered, just unfold the cover as best you can, open the two valve covers and it will start to take shape. We’ve had the hot tub up and running for 2 wks now and we’ve had Lows in the low 30’s and the hot tub has had no trouble staying at 104 degrees. We’ve worked out the little kinks now and very happy, we keep it to the max level and need to add a little water each week due to the water splashing over the sides, I’ve had absolutely no issues with the system leaking at the fittings, I didn’t over tighten, just hand tight. Also, I add 2 tbsp of Clorox Pool&Spa Non-Chlorine Pool Shock weekly. You can use spa very soon after. If you add water due to loss, over time you’ll need to add more salt. Get some test strips. I found that when first setting up the saltwater system and when adding salt & water if I use the non chlorine shock it helps jump start the system. Also, read the instructions carefully, you have to activate the saltwater converter and tell it how long to sanitize each day. Depending on use, I have it from anywhere from 6-8 hrs a day.

So far, so good. We are happy with this hot tub
We’ve had this for about a month and still love it. The set up is a breeze, it maintains the heat pretty well, the bubbles are relaxing, and upkeep is not too bad. We use Bromine tablets in a floater and use test strips to make sure everything is ok. If you decide to buy this, I suggest you get a thick rubber mat to put under it for comfort.

Not happy with Purchase. From Northern Maine.
Our Intex Pure Spa Never held air from day one when it was delivered. Did all checks owner manual asked. Two weeks I keep refilling putting salt in s just to see it not keep air and drain out. Put claim in With Intex but was rejected be cause it came through Amazon a secondary supplier? Called Intex back and was told they needed Modle # for Tub and Heater which they already had from getting Claim number 954024. we have spent hors getting run around from Intex. My 2 New Knees have 20 minutes first night in new Tub . Wouldn't Recommend Index to anyone. Another California Company you Can't trust. We had Colman tub for 3 years we bought from Amazon and work great. Give it to some young family of friends and thought we would up grade. Go with Coleman. Intex needs some restructuring for Service..

satisfied for the most part.. decent for the price point vs a real hot tub.
satisfied for the most part.. this review is probably the case with most if not all of these inflatable hot tubs. pros - they're convenient and priced right if you don't have the budget or space/placement for a permanent hot tub. can be fairly easily taken down and stored or moved if needed. works well for a "hot tub" as the heat can get up to 104* F. can support a salt water add-on (highly recommend). it's sized to seat 4 comfortably cons - its takes FOREVER to get this thing up to temp. 2* per hour with average temp around 80* outside. you'll need to cover with the inflatable lid and then the insulated cover (sort of a pain to put on solo) for it to get up to temp faster and retain the temperature well. its stays on pretty much 24/7 to keep temp which you have to do since it takes so long to heat up. energy hog because of this.. don't have numbers, but i can only imagine the kw/h of this thing. the filter pump is fairly useless. very weak and doesn't filter the spa well in my opinion. i use this thing maybe 2-3 times a month and I'm changing the water every 2-3 months roughly. (think this is actually what the instructions indicate for my usage though). not a bad idea to scrub away any algae build up around the sides anyway. the bubbles are meh.. it needs stronger filter with stronger jets (im sure they're intended to be weak for it to heat the water more effeciently. ideas I'd recommend for changes/updating - really wish it had multiple heating elements to get up to temp faster so it could be turned either off or low when not in use. even if there was an add-on or drop in heating element or fitting for additional water heater/filter pump.. improved filtration. stronger jets. the bubbles just don't do the trick.

Glad I made this purchase, exactly what I was looking for
One of the best purchases I have made. It's fun for the whole family and really is relaxing. The setup is very straight forward and instructions are very clear. The fit is exactly as the specifications called for. The quality is exceptional, no defects and I feel like the construction is aamazing. The pump blows up the hot tub using the proper fitting which is a huge help, no need to find an alternative way to fill the air up. I went with Intex because of my past experience and history using their products and of course other reviews which confirmed my own experience. I was missing the 2 inlet and 1 outlet fitting from within the spa and I called their customer support and they were absolutely amazing and are sending me out the missing parts without any hassle. Very happy with this product and have been able to use it 4 times in the past few days. The kids really enjoy it and my wife and I look forward to using it to unwind.

Middle of the Line
Not too bad for the price point. The heat retention could be better. The weather has been in the 50’s but unless you crank it up the heat won’t stay for long Definitely need to max out the heat a couple of hours before you plan to use it. The set up wasn’t too bad but it was slightly frustrating because I thought I was missing parts but they told me the manual is not updated. I still cannot figure out how to get the salt electrode so I just went the chemical route. This also says it fits four people. I would say more like two adults comfortably unless you don’t mind touching everyone in the tub… lol.

We LOVE this - use it year round and it is solid and durable! Best purchase in years!
We love this little hot tub! I say little, but I'm 5'11" and I can stretch out and still have my shoulders (where all the stress is) in the hot water. The bubbles are great, but they do disipate the heat out of the water more quickly. We live in a 4 seasons climate, and use this all winter - thanks to the extra insulation cover. One trick is to get some rigid insulating sheets (I think ours is 1-1/2- 2" thick, to put the tub on top of - plus the ground cover that comes with the unit. We use the EcoOne chemicals to keep it clean and healthy - I'm guessing that they're easier on the tub, since they're easier on our skin. It's easy to set up and this is our second winter with it and we haven't had any problems with it. Easy to set up and easy to use (but keep the instructions handy to remember how to adjust things with the control pad - or maybe it's just me). Enjoy

Simple easy and cheap spa and bubble tent
It came with an unmarked box and was damaged a little bit and missing a couple accessories. But I text message on a weekend the system and was treated more than fairly and compensated. I am more than happy with the spa. And I think it needs to be paired with this bubble tint that I but also from Amazon because it makes a perfect set.

Total garbage
What an absolute piece of garbage. First there are no up-to-date videos on how to assemble this junk. Second the construction and quality of the product is terrible. 3rd and most important after assembly the unit failed and I spent close to an hour on the phone with their customer service to get a replacement unit to heat the water. Stupid me thinking that if I spent a little more money on an inflatable then what was being advertised I might get something that was decent.

Super, sauf que...
L'article est super. Sauf que pendant le gonflage de la toiles thermique, les deux bouchons intérieur et extérieur ont éclater. En espérant possible de remplacer seulement cet article !!
