It's still not clear what effects these supplements should have on. It didn't do any harm thus far. On a slight positive side, these supplements do make me feel "wake" all day, must point out that I am taking 2 a day, because with one did feel nothing. So, could suggest to review the dosage. Theses are easy to swallow. Size is acceptable. Value for money is good.

Alright, this is definitely as drinking a red bull. I have a toddler an a 10 month old baby that needs one hour carrying her, and afterwards I finished exhausted just needing to sleep and could not do any workout, watch TV, anything. Now, I take two pills when I start carrying the baby, so when I finish I am ready to work out and feeling better. It is key to combine this with a high quality magnesium supplement to sleep properly and recover yourself. You will sleep like a rock and see the next day how the volume remains.

Definitely works I haven’t been able to dream a lot in a long time i take these every night before bed and ever since i have been dreaming a lot more and getting a lot more sleep i wake up feeling great its easy to take just take 2 capsules with water before bed make sure you ate a good meal too or else you will definitely get very hungry. Yes they do make you hungry too but maybe its just my perosnal experience

I can definitely tell the difference I’m on my second bottle and it does give you a boost of energy. Im pescatarian and the capsules do not upset my stomach however I do take it after a meal
