The smell of this product is so pungent that you can't stand anywhere near the place where it has been sprayed. I sprayed it on the window sill and had to leave the room for 2 hours. Except, it doesn't work on birds. Within 60 seconds of spraying it generously on my balcony, a couple of pigeons homed in, resumed their fighting and pooping. Right on the places where this was sprayed. If you want to scare away thieves who would enter your balcony, maybe this is a good option. Otherwise, do yourself a favour, and don't buy this. It's a giant scam of a product.

As a high-floor apartment dweller, we have the usual problem with pigeons. While we have secured the larger spaces with pigeon nets, window ledges turn out to be a favorite roost for pigeons. I was evaluating between spikes and this spray. Since spikes spoil the aesthetics, I chose the spray. Despite all the warnings given on the bottle, I couldn’t be fully prepared for the stink that this releases. The liquid is probably an aerosol, so it is very hard to spray without the stink entering the entire home. You also need to wear gloves, otherwise the skin on your fingers becomes “soft” and stinky for days. All of us at home felt pukish the first time I sprayed, but we soldiered on with better precautions later. After applying the spray twice a day, on seven consecutive days, the pigeons were back on day 9. The bottle lasts for just 6-7 sprays (we tested with only one ledge that is 7-8ft long), and keeps pigeons away for just 2 days once you stop spraying. We stopped fighting the obvious, and bought the spikes. No more pigeons for months now, and no more stink, thank god.

Worst purchase ever made. Total scam product that's of no use of repelling the peigons. Complete waste of money.

This is simply awesome. Once you spray, you and your family will move away and the pigeons will be back in a day. Hence it repels you and takes you away from the pigeons. Consider donating money as a better cause

No effect on pigeons and adverse effect on humans, its just like ka peppermint spray with a very awful smell. Least recommend to use near bedroom or living rooms, smell resides for days which forces people to not use it again anytime.
