While my own daughter is too old now to require a baby monitor, I frequently babysit my nephew and used to rely on an old baby monitor with a dedicated screen who's battery was on its last legs. Therefore we swapped out the old monitor for these to try out and discover the positives and negatives of the nooie system. The first and biggest negative is the lack of dedicated screen. You do rely on using your phones with the nooie app, which also means that baby sitters or other family members are also required to install the app when they look after your kids. Also, unlike a dedicated screen, which usually sits within your eyeline, your phone will get its screen switched off, left in a pocket, on the side or somewhere other than where you need it. If you are not watching your phone, the app will provide notifications if it detects sound or motion, which is great if you are able to pay attention to notifications. That said, the cameras themselves are great and the system offers good value for money. The combination of two cameras covers blind spots we used to have when our nephew would crawl into a ball. The night vision is very good and the 2k sensors provide a very good image quality. If you have a device you can dedicate to the monitoring, such as a tablet you can leave on all the time, then this is a great money saving value option. Without a dedicated screen, I would worry about missing notifications and managing the security of granting others access.

The nooie Baby Monitor is a great value set and offers a a lot of features for the price. I like the design of the devices, as well as the app, which is easy to use. the setup process was quick and very easy, and we were able to see images on-screen in just a couple of minutes. the standout feature is the night vision, which is really very good, and should satisfy all but the most nervous parents. As an in-home monitoring device it is ideal. WE also like the 2-way intercom, which allows my partner to shout at me telling me I'm doing things incorrectly! They also support features like recording and playback via the cloud or via a memory card, which could be useful with toddlers, but for the most part this is a redundant feature for us. The downsides are that the playback can lag a little, and the picture can also break up from time to time, but I do not know how much this is due to the devices or my network. You are stuck with 2.4Ghd, so the addition of the faster and more stable 5Ghz would be a bonus. Overall, it is amazing to see how far the tech as come between kids, and if you want these features but are on a budget, this is a good choice.

Super cameras, tolle Auflösung, guter Wechsel zwischen Tag und Nacht Modus. Man kann verschiedene Einstellungen in der App machen wie z.b. auf was es reagieren soll( schreien, Bewegung und oder Geräusche) und eignet sich nicht nur als Babyfone sondern auch als Überwachungskamera.

Eines der zwei Geräte hat einen unertraeglichen Dauerton, wenn die Audiouebertragung aktiv ist. Schade, das zweite funktioniert wie es soll. Ich werde leider beide zurueck schicken muessen...
