I have no flashy pictures. However I am coming from a shark and love this machine. My shark would constantly stuck while I was at work. My Dreame L10 ultra g2 is amazing we have ran it a handful of times to test it out. The first time was the quick mapping, no lying that was quick. Lol. Then the 2nd time it did well we just forgot that we had it in the laundry room, closed the door and it couldn't return to base. My fault, oops. I have not figured out how to get it to clean out when I manually put it on the base. The third time it ran for over 120 mins, didn't need a charge, emptied out several times for the dust bin (3 dogs 3 boys), so battery life is awesome. Noise level is good, better than the shark. Love that it is a duo. This worked as I was at work so it saved time. I hope to give another update with longevity. Update 3 weeks in and I still love it. My floor is lvp but white with marble effect and love running the mop task. I made a goal of mopping thr floor really well once a week, then use robot the rest of the week. We have almost filled one bag with the dust and fur of 3 dogs. Also this thing hardly ever gets stuck on things. I have put up all cords. It runs daily while im at work or laying down for the night. Sold my 2 sharks for this 1 unit. So far it exceeds my expectations.

I was skeptical at first, having had a poor experience with earlier robot vacuums that lacked mapping capabilities. But this one changed everything. From unboxing to having it clean our home took barely any time at all. The initial mapping process was surprisingly fast and remarkably accurate. We have multiple levels in our home, and this robot handles them effortlessly. The only minor inconvenience is that selecting floors in the app could be a bit more straightforward—but once selected, it works flawlessly. For the first two weeks, the vacuum has run almost entirely without any human intervention. It did get stuck under our bed once, but aside from that single incident, it’s been completely independent and dependable. The app experience is equally impressive. It’s intuitive and accessible for users of any tech comfort level. At the same time, it offers a wide array of settings for those who want to dive deeper and fine-tune the experience. It strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and customization. In short, I highly recommend this robot vacuum to anyone looking to simplify their cleaning routine without compromising on results. It’s smart, effective, and truly a joy to use. What are the cons? 1) Yes, you need to remove long hair from the roller. 2) The station is quite big, but clean design. Not too ugly to have standing around. 3) Cloud connected (data privacy?) 4) Noise level is completely fine compared to a normal vacuum cleaner, but it runs for a long time.

I have stone floors in my apartment and dust accumulates a lot due to wind flow from one side of the apartment to the open balcony. Over 1100 sq feet is hard to clean every day and this robot takes it all. Great floor mapping and very efficient mopping. I have no idea what would I do without it, saves me so much time. Note - buy filters only at Dreame.com because the one at Amazon, even says compatible, are not detected by the sensor and will not work (magnet embedded in the plastic of the filter is slightly off)

I have had a few various brands and versions of one of these but this is the first with a mop in addition to vacuum. I've held off on buying one with a mop because I have a few area rugs on the floor where I utilize these. This is the first one I feel like I can map out and designate the carpeted area. I have another well known brand robot vacuum that still cleans in a room I've blocked off in the app so trusting any of these to actually acknowledge the information I put in the app wasn't something I thought possible. Until I bought this one. The main level of my house is hardwood flooring. This robot doesn't over saturate the floor when it's cleaning but it still does an amazing job. I run this at night so I'm not walking on the newly mopped surface. My previous one had to be ran after we left for the day because it was a bit louder. This one isn't very loud. You can control the volume of the vacuum notifications and the actual robot is pretty quiet while running. The mapping was wonderful. I had it run it's initial evaluation of the area then I went in the designate area rugs and the room I prefer to not be cleaned (I didn't want it cleaning our half-bath). As for the cleaning performance, I live with two children that seem to lack the ability to clean up after themselves. They leave crumbs everywhere and are just messy. Having this run daily has changed the way I view my house. I'm not making this up or being over the top. I'm a clean person, hence the reason this is my fourth or fifth robot type vacuum. While I still clean my house, these machines help me stay on top of things. I was just looking at my kitchen floor the other day and thinking we must not be in there much because of how clean the floor looks. Then it dawned on me that we're in it all the time, I just have something helping me clean it up each night. I'm still learning how to best optimize the features of this machine. My only drawback are the ad notifications. With others, I'd only receive notifications on my phone through the app if I needed to intervene with the robot vacuum. With this one, I receive at least one ad a day, if not more, from the company. I just bought this machine. I don't need ads to buy another or anything else at this time. It's honestly annoying. If I could figure out how to stop the ads and only receive notifications of things needing action, I would do it in a heartbeat. Until I can turn off these annoying things, my rating is 4 stars. If those would go away and I could just enjoy the amazing work this robot does without being upsold, I'd change my rating to 5 stars.

I am changing my original review. I loved this product for about a month. It cleaned really well. My first bad experience was when I ordered more cleaning solution through the app. I ordered it over a month ago and still haven't received it. I called to cancel it, but they said it had already shipped and I could return it once I received it. Still waiting and I do not have an email with shipping info to track the order. I finally ordered some through Amazon. Secondly, we changed out the mop pads then one of the mop heads started spinning at a slower rate than the other. Now it has stopped spinning completely. We have been in contact with the company and they are requesting we send the entire unit back, base and all. I bought the extended warranty through Amazon and we were told by Dreame that the warranty didn't cover damage from dirt. Not sure what that means since the point of vacuuming and mopping is to clean your floors which will include dirt. I am not running this in the outdoors through mud puddles nor do I have a filthy home with clumps of dirt strewn everywhere. Update: We got it back and now 3 weeks later it's not working properly again. Will mop but won't vaccuum and we get constant messages that the roller brush is wrapped, but it isn't. Completely regret this purchase.

We’ve only been using this Dreame L10 Ultra Gen2 for about a month now, but it works better than we really expected it to. It did a good job initially mapping our house and does better than expected getting around and under tables, plants, etc. The vacuum is effective on hard floors and low-pile area rugs and normal cleaning mode does a good job without missing much. I could change the setting to increase the overlap and likely have nearly nothing missed, but haven’t found it necessary, at least not yet. The mop has proven much more effective than expected! The first dirty water tank we emptied was dark grey to basically runny mud at the bottom, we were shocked! The floors were cleaned about a month before putting the Dreame to work and we don’t wear shoes in the house. How it found that much dirt and mopped it up was surprising and far more than we expected. During the day, with the typical ambient noise, people talking, etc. the machine seems reasonably quiet. We set it up to run at night and at least for us, in the quiet of the night, it’s louder than we want while trying to sleep, so we run it during the day when the household activities are not in an area. This works for us, every home will be different. Definitely recommend this robot. We chose it partially because it was among the lowest level ones with rotating mops, vice a wet pad being dragged around, very glad we made that decision and spent a bit more money, totally worth it. Time will tell how it holds up.

Unbelievable so far! I’m absolutely amazed in how fantastic this machine works. You could have it just vacuum, just mop, vacuum, and mop at the same time or then vacuum and then mop. The ladder and room napping was done so quickly. I thought it screwed up. And the fact that I can tell the difference between Carpet and hardwood floors, probably shouldn’t be that surprised, but it definitely surprise me. We have it set to go off at 3 o’clock in the morning. I wake up every morning to a beautiful clean floor. We have two dogs and three cats and my life would usually mop every other day and vacuum Daly and now I don’t think she’s going to have to except maybe once a month for “deep cleaning“ type of mopping. I don’t wanna sound like I’m exaggerating, but I truly cannot believe how good this machine works. At this price point I can’t imagine what $1000 machine does. I only had it for a week so I may come back if things started to degrade or stuff happens but so far I am absolutely blown away and how well this thing vacuums and mops.

Update Mar-16-2026: I’m bumping this up to 5 stars because of the incredible customer service. After I posted my original review about the mopping issue, Dreame reached out and sent me a brand-new replacement unit—including all the accessories and a full 3-year warranty—before I even had to ship the broken one back. It’s rare to see a company stand behind their product like this. Original Review: We rarely even use the mopping feature at home, but it has already stopped working. The vacuum moves just a little bit, claims the mopping is "completed," and then heads back to the dock to clean the pads. It ends up discharging all the water into the waste tank until the clean tank is empty, repeating this cycle constantly. Even a full power cycle didn't fix it.

Best high-end, full-auto, mop/vacuum combo! Waited for over six months of extensive usages to give this justifiable review. Pros: 1. High quality made materials in and out. Compared to my previous robot mops and vacuums, this is the one that gives the high-end feel, from the unit, the contours and surfaces, the tanks, mop pads, connections and all. Attentions to details are witnessed everywhere. 2. Super smart. And I meant real world smart. One example, one area of the front door was covered by an area rug, the unit was set up to vacuum the area. The other day, the wife decided to pull the rug, guess what, when the unit took its run over the area, it sensed the rug was gone and automatically switched to mopping mode for the tiles. Excellent! Never mind doors, corners or low clearances, this thing never gets caught. I watched it in amusement every time that it lowered itself under my huge computer work station to mop the hard wood floor. Previous mop would be caught half way inside my electrical jungles. In a matter of fact, it adapts so well, it is kind of annoying. It never gets stuck, and no, you don't have to jam your door, or fence your stairs. This thing is REAL smart! 3. The cleaning part. I am a neat freak, and the wife is a hygiene psycho. We kept the house pretty clean and organized. We run the unit once a week. Even though the wife would never admit this thing clean well. I have to give some robot justice. It is very clean compared to hiring someone to actually scrub the floor. I read that someone would schedule it to clean at night every night. We only have three adults living in the same household, though one is very messy, the adult son, LOL, cleaning once a week it is clean enough for us. And the mopping leaves NO streaks! Important as per the wife! 4. It is quiet! I found too quiet can be a bad thing sometimes. Like at the beginning, you would be like, damn, did this thing get stuck somewhere? Or is he actually cleaning, the lazy robot?! 5. Time efficient. It did my main floor about 800 square feet, with mixed of hardwood, tile and carpets at under 90 minutes. No, my robot is NOT lazy. And compared to my robot vac upstairs, no need to name brand here, that wanders the seas of carpets of one fifth of the area aimlessly and mysteriously, I wonder?! 6. Excellent app, features and customizations and adaptations. The app works, period. It can do so many more things, but I don't care. So many features and custom settings, I tried some and gave up. Default works perfectly for me. I am sure someone would want to wash their mop pads every 10 minutes or every 5 square meters. It works with Alexa, tried it and confirmed. But I feel bad to ask a robot to tell another robot to get to work, you know what I mean! Now, Cons: 1. Pretty big! I don't think I can justify this being a negative considering a mop/vac combo with both fresh/waste water tanks and units and all. But it does take up an area of your wall and floor space so don't complain. 2. Pice. I got a deep discount on Prime, but it is still very expensive. 3. Too many features for ME! Great buy! Already kept and accepted by wife! Recommended to countless friends, families and enemies! Many also bought units as well. PS, When I say full-auto, you still need to physically fill up clean water, pour out dirty water, and push you lazy finger on the app. LOL!

Ya tenía tiempo queriendo un robot con estas características ya qué tengo desde hace varios años un Xiaomi Mijia 1c y desde ahí siento que son aparatos qué valen mucho la pena. Las funciones qué estaba buscando para hacer el upgrade las tenia este robot, autolimpieza de la basura, autolimpieza y secado de las mopas, multiples pisos, que se pudiera usar liquido limpiador y que tenga buena capacidad para no tener que limpiarlo o rellenar agua durante varios días y todo lo cumple a la perfección. El robot también es muy silencioso así que lo programo temprano y no hace tanto ruido como para despertarnos. Algo qué me gustó de este robot es que una de las mopas tiene extension para llegar a lugares más difíciles y a diferencia de mi anterior robot qué la función de trapeado no era tan buena ya qué solo era un trapo "coleando" el piso, en este caso son mopas giratorias qué el robot regresa a lavar cada ciertos m2 ahora si queda super bien el piso y creo yo indispensable usar detergente para que las mopas queden limpias y no embarren la suciedad, y por cierto al final el robot limpia y seca las mopas y quedan como nuevas Estas características usualmente eran de robots más caros pero ahora mismo tienen un precio bastante bueno poco mas de $10k me costó Super recomendado

Got the product, about a week ago. So far so good, very happy with the Dreame L10s Gen 2. Was a bid sceptic as I did recieve it with it's box already opened, and the safety sticker already pulled off from the charging point on the robot. However the suplier gave a plug adaptor extra in the box (most likely the reason for it being opened) and the robot what charged a bit, so I believe they tested it before shipping. (Therefore the safety sticker removed) besides from those 2 things, it works perfectly and I do recomend this product. I have a huskey like dog who sheds daily and it has no problem cleaning and vacuuming the floor.
