It was not large enough to fit an obese person. And the extension only help for one area. Need more extensions to make it work. I tried email company and it came back as undeliverable. We really would like and use it if we could get it to fit. Even would purchase extra ones.

Very good for relaxing my legs..easy to use,but be nicer if they were zippered type. I recommend you buy them

You may need a second person to help put on . For me I can do one leg but not the other. Quite comfortable to be in and the compression system is being used, especially the feet.

If anything is, it says I have until January 31 to return If they allowed slightly used items, I would. The unfortunate thing about this product was the Velcro gets stuck on everything and also after a while of using only six times sort of makes a strange noise so I don’t think that this is a long-term product. I think it’s only met for someone to use to recover from a quick injury. However, the compression works great!

This product was so poorly made. Heating option does not work. Massage option does not work. Unfortunately I didn't find out until after the return date, and absolutely nothing could be done to refund me my money for a product that came defective. Absolutely terrible.

Unfortunately one of the thighs fills up WAY more than the other to the point where it’s pinching. I even loosened the Velcro significantly and it’s still pinching. I’m afraid it’s going to cause a leak from pressure. My thighs are the same size but you can see in the pictures the difference in slack and the loosened one can still be painful

Meh. I am 65. I have and use on a daily basis a hand massager, temple and eye massager and microwave heated neck thing. All for preventative measures. I was really looking forward to receiving this item. First of all… You can’t use it if someone else in the room is sleeping because of all the Velcro. It can be very loud. Secondly… It’s not as easy as sticking your hand in a hand massager and hitting the power button… It takes time to properly get into this. And then get out. Lastly… If you use this in your bedroom, you’re going to need a designated drawer to put this in when it’s not in use… It’s a lot. And there is no way you’re going to be traveling with it like I do my hand massager and my heated neck thing. It’s cumbersome and heavy. For all the people that say it helped them with certain medical issues… I’m happy for you. From the standpoint of a preventative… I don’t see the benefit. Waste of money for me.
