Bought for my daughter and it fits well, she is on the cubby side. she looks beautiful dancing in this and as long as you build their self esteem doesn't matter how she looks!

My daughter has a 31" waist and this fits her. She wears it to practice. During practice the strings tend to ride up and the skirt down a bit in the back no matter how tight I tie it. It just doesn't quite secure as well as I'd like. It has plenty of length and is quite pretty, though.

It is a sheer, black wrap around ballet skirt.I have a 24 inch waist, but pretty full hips and bum and it skims around my body perfectly. Because of the wrap nature of the skirt, it should be really versatile for several body shapes and types.I am 5”2.5 and the skirt is probably 3 inches above my knee when it is tied at my natural waist.For the price and just in general, it’s a great ballet skirt for rehearsal or classes. I definitely reccomend.

I wished that the skirt had stated that you need to purchase a larger size in order for it to fit correctly. Unfortunately, my daughter needs the skirt for a holiday dance showcase so I will have to have her wear this. In the future, I will try to find reviews about sizing before I purchase a dance skirt because I would have looked for a larger skirt had I known about this issue.

Very simple, very pretty. Great quality. Perfect length. Great for in between ballet classes or for warm up or even for performances. Love it!

One star because it did not fit me as I wanted. I was looking for a skirt with more overlap in the skirt cloth part. The length of the tie was good.
