Cleans well. I even taped sensory bags to it using painters tape and it came off with no issue. It's thick enough. My baby hasn't gotten hurt from falling over or pulling to stand then falling back on his bum. It's soft and the size fits the 47x47 play pen but it's the tiniest bit too big however I'd rather that than be too small and leave a gap. I didn't notice an odor but I also cleaned it with mild soapy water.

I am very impressed with this mat. Being waterproof is a huge plus, random things happen and simply can be wiped up. My son learned to crawl by 10 months and I know this mat played a part in that. I wasn’t afraid of him falling backwards when learning to sit up because it’s a nice and thick but also soft! It’s not portable, at least the size I got is too big to take around with you. It was worth it, I would definitely buy it again!

Purchased the 71" x 59" Play Mat to use in the play pen i purchased (Foldable Baby Playpen with Mat, 71x59 Foldable Play Pen) The playpen came with a mat but it was not very thick and i need something for a baby that was learning to sit up and crawl and all the bumps they take in the process. This mat worked great in the play pen and we have even just used it out on the floor. Easy to wipe clean. Very happy with this mat would purchase again. The cover on the mat is not slippery. It was a little more than i wanted to spend, but it was well worth it. i think it is going to hold up very well as we are already 5 month of weekly use.

Purchased this for a playpen and it fit good, the cushion I feel like looks much more full in the product photos but it is slightly thinner in person. It is still plenty cushioned for a little one to play on though! The fake leather cover doesn’t fit very snuggly on the cushion as you can see in the photo. Which is a little disappointing but overall it is a nice product and I would recommend it for a playpen for some extra comfort.

This is honestly one of the best products I’ve purchased on Amazon! It’s spacious, comfortable, and perfect for my little one to play on. Very happy with the quality and would definitely recommend it!
