Used this on advice from a cancer specialist. Tho thankfully not having cancer myself as such I did year on year succumb to flu and severe chest infections despite partaking of a flu jab annually. It was suggested that I had a weak immune system and to try this product thru the winter months. I used it between November to January. I also took vit c ,b and zinc. I contracted a minor cold 2 weeks before Xmas but soon fought it off. Other than that no more flu or chest problems. I no longer have a flu jab and stay away where possible from Dr's surgeries in order to stay infection free!!! Marvellous product

The great thing about this supplement is its beta glucans. There is a lot of research available on the efficacy of beta glucans in activating certain immune cells that can help to combat chronic diseases, or to keep them in check. I won’t repeat all that here, as it is freely available online. I like that the beta glucans are combined with Vitamin D, which is also known to have many benefits for immune health. There are other brands of beta glucans available but I’m reassured that this particular one is supported by $350 M in research and development, and 9 human clinical trials. I had problem with my low IgA since 2007. I started taking this capsules this February. I feel great. I only had kidney infection when I was in Thailand (watching 4 hour long thai-box at an air-conditioned place wearing summer clothes) this March. My friends told me that I will need more than 2 weeks to get out of it. I increased the dose to 1 capsule twice a day. After 10 days the infection had gone. Another experience: My boyfriend had eye infection. He even went to the hospital and they took a sample out from his eye. He had got cream and drops. Nothing worked then he stopped taking them. He was in pain. I gave him this capsule twice a day. After 2 days the infection was history :) What can I say... 10/10

Recommended by a doctor for Fibromyalgia. I take one or two each day together with other vitamins he specified and found it has made a world of difference although it has not been a quick fix. I recall it was about three months before I was able to feel the full benefit. I still tire quickly when gardening as I get older but they have made the difference between sitting down most of the time and getting on with jobs in the house and garden.
