I receive a pack of six every six months. The "Best used by" date on the ones I received September 2013 is 3/2016.

have the equal packs been exposed to heat and/or humidity?

So far I have not had a problem, each of the packs come individually sealed in a blister pack, then the six packs are heat sealed in a plastic bag.....
