Exactly what I was looking for
These are soft and comfortable. After a week in the hospital wearing mesh disposable panties, putting these on made me feel so much more human. The rise is high enough that they don’t bother my c-section incision and they’re a little wider in the gusset than most underwear so they hold a post-partum pad in place more securely and prevents leaks. The lace waistband is very soft and doesn’t bind at all, which is good for comfort and more flattering than a tighter band on a squishy post-part in belly. The style is not exactly drop-dead sexy but they have pretty detailing and are nice colors, and generally are a vast improvement on your standard granny panties. The only downside is that the fabric and lace are so soft that I don’t think they’ll last very long. The lace has already started to fray a bit after just a few weeks of wear (I bought the five pack, so I am wearing them only about once a week each) and the fabric, while very comfy, is so soft and thin I can’t imagine it will hold up in the long term. Fortunately, they don’t need to last forever, just for this healing period. In short, if you’re having or had a c-section, these panties are a nice little luxury to make the recovery more pleasant.

favorite underwear
I'm 5 years postpartum lol, but these are my favorite underwear. My originals from right after having a baby are still going strong, and I just reordered more to replace all my other inferior underwear. These are lightweight, comfortable, durable, and don't give much VPL. I love that they don't give me a muffin top or a wedgie, and they have pretty lace. They don't look like granny panties. I hope they never stop making them!

Very soft and comfy, great for postpartum
These run true to size. The material is very soft, comfortable, stretchy. These were perfect for postpartum. The lace doesn’t hold up the best but I also didn’t take special care while washing them and I only plan to wear these for a short time. The price was good and I like the colors. Worked for what I needed for the weeks postpartum.

Perfect for c-section moms
I am scheduled for my second C-section due to complications with my first birth. So I was looking for underwear that are comfortable and will come above my new caesarean scar. Once you are back to wearing normal underwear after a c-section, you definitely want to keep underwear and pants from rubbing that area for at least 2-3 months or more. With my first delivery I loved the Motherhood underwear. They were cotton, comfortable and didn’t rub my scar. They no longer sell these underwear from Motherhood so with my surgery coming I was on the search for new underwear. I seen the reviews for these and decided to try them. I love Kindered Bravery nursing/ pumping bras and knew they were a good brand but didn’t know how these underwear would do. I was afraid they would be itchy and tight around the legs. These arrived quickly to my door. The material was very soft. They stay above my original scar without rolling down. They are not tight around the legs or itchy. These are perfect for my new journey to become a second time mom. I plan on ordering a second pack to have multiple pairs of underwear for the next few months while I recover.

Not What They Used to Be
When I bought these the first time after baby #1 in 2022, they were perfect. Comfy, cute, sturdy. I bought more after baby #2 in 2025 and this time they were still comfy and cute, but they fell apart so fast! Loose elastic, ripped seams, holes in the lace. The difference in quality was honestly staggering.

Feel much more comfortable in this underwear since 34 weeks
I’ve been using this underwear since 34 weeks of pregnancy, and I feel so much better! It’s soft, high-waisted, stretches nicely, and provides plenty of room for a daily pad. I finally gave up trying to squeeze into my pre-pregnancy lingerie (and my husband’s boxers!) — these are just so much more comfortable. That said, they do look quite large — definitely what I’d call “granny panties” back in my childhood — and the comments about the lace shredding are accurate. You’ll find a few lace threads or tiny pieces on the floor or fabric. Still, I’m giving them 5 stars because the comfort far outweighs those small issues. Highly recommend for late pregnancy!

Good choice for post cesarean
These were super nice and comfortable for after a c-section. Only complaint was that you have to be careful what to wash these with because the material is very soft and delicate. Completely my fault but I washed with my baby’s swaddle with Velcro and it ripped apart the lace trim too easily.

Disappointed
I purchased these for extra support after having an unexpected c-section. I wanted something not hideous looking but practical. I own two Kindred Bravely nursing bras, and since I was impressed with their quality and such, I figured that their undies would be the way to go. Initially, I loved these. They were exactly what I was seeking. I'm glad that I didn't write a review right away because my opinion has changed since that introduction to the product. My intial experience pros: - The high waste wasn't bothersome to my swollen abdomen, as was a concern of mine. - They didn't bother my healing incision in the least, also a concern. - They gave me incredible support, and if you've ever had a c-section, you know that extra support is of high value. - The material is very soft and comfortable. My experience cons: - After first wash both purple pairs if panties I received had little holes above the center lining. This was a huge disappointment. - The panties seem to be breaking down already. I've only had these for about a month now and I've noticed that the elasticity seems to already be breaking down, which defeats my purpose for purchasing these altogether. The fabric itself isn't as soft either and also seems to be breaking down. **Note: I washed these as directed and own a brand new washer and dryer.** - The high waste now rolls down after wearing them for 30 mins+. This is extremely bothersome because it rests on my incision, which defeats the purpose if owning these postpartum panties since they now rest where my typical underwear do. My experience conclusion: In less than a months time, all the pros to these undies disintegrated. The products purpose ended up being it's downfall, and through a short period of time, it's pros become it's cons. In my opinion, this product isn't not worth the price tag. I'm extremely disappointed that I have a set of undies that are essw totally useless and will be thrown away after only owning them for such a short time. I feel like the quality of these are comparable to any non-name-brand.company's postpartum undies. While they are superior when it comes to taking care of tatas, they need to improve the quality of their undies.
