Bought for may parents last month and with work etc I couldn't get to it until today. Connected it up to a brand new inline water filter and lo and behold it immediately started leaking out the casing - good job I hadnt turned it on or I'd be covered in boiling water because it came jetting out in a very unsafe manner. Can't take the casing off to see what's leaking because it will void the 2 year warranty. Property has 3.6 bar so well within the specified 1.5-5 bar tolerance stated in the manual and as I said its fed from an inline water filter which was also specified in the manual. So far not safe, non functional and bad value for money. I've contacted them ref their 2year warranty so we'll see what they say and I'll post an update here when they do, let's hope their customer service can turn this into a better experience. The seller contacted me the day after I posted the initial review, I was hopeful this would be resolved but its been almost a month now and they're clearly not interested in anything other than getting this review removed. Had they offered a refund or at the very least a replacement I'd have changed the review to reflect, but they just ask the same questions over and try to make out as if its not plumbed in correctly. Ive since had a plumber come out who verified the plumbing is right and ive bought a different unit from a well known reputable plumbing merchant. Terrible after sales experience!

Good deal! The boiler is compact and easy to fit. Nice replacement for the old broken BOWER boiler. Strong metal shell instead of plastic. Amazon endorsed warranty is a plus.

Easy to install and use, slightly noisier than my old one but still happy with my purchase

Easy to fit with universal fittings . Very pleased . One downside is my previous one showed actual and desired temperature, this only shows desired temperature , but screen shows rotating circle when element is operating. Edit . I had a problem less than six months later . After dealing with a Tech guy at Yamataro over WhatsApp and trying several things with no luck , I was sent a new item which I received less than 24 hours after being promised it. Fantastic service.

What a bargain! Excellent quality product. Rather than cheap plastic it has a metal casing. Nice and hot and easy to install. We have an incinerator boiling tap. The tank failed! Insinkerator wanted over £250 for a new one. This is better quality and half the price! Very Happy.
