I didn't react well
First, please know, I have incredible high-sensitivity. My reaction may not be everyone elses. This is what's weird - I take Magnesium Glycinate daily for heart palpitations. Why I reacted badly to this, I have no idea? An overabundance of magnesium?? I've never heard of such a thing. I got all shaky and felt terrible after taking this. Again, it's me. Maybe magnesium Citrate isn't for me. I don't really get it. But I wanted to try this because of the positive benefits it boasts. Sleep, heart, nerves, muscles - for me it did the opposite. I was hoping it would help my blood pressure. I didn't actually check to see if it helped - cause I felt so lousy. All that being said, it was easy to swallow. I love that it's non-GMO and made with vegetarian capsules (as I don't eat anything unclean). So I think I recommend, as long as you don't end up with side effects like I did. I'm a big proponent of supplements so I hate that I had the reaction I did. Price is decent for the amount you get as well.
