This thing is awesome. It's absolutely useless for ear wax removal bc the plastic/rubber tip has to be too soft (for safety i assume) to scoop the wax out, but the camera function is SO COOL.

Works as described. Easy to set up and use. The camera is clear and the device is durable. It’s small and lightweight enough to fit comfortably. It has an excellent battery life.

Excellent! Product, helped to get rid of my ear wax has good battery life but be careful when using, I scratched my ear, overall a steal for the price also very easy to use, so if you’re looking to buy an ear wax cleaner, this is the one!

This works as expected. Length is limited for safety reasons, and thus also limits you to dig real deep for the serious cleans… I speak as someone who grew up using the bamboo stick “spoon” to clean my ears - if your family is Chinese, you understand exactly what I’m talking about. Does this provide a thorough, soul-uplifting, life changing clean? No. Does it entertain you for 20mins for a shallow clean? Clear out the outer ear lobes? Scrape out the stubborn buildup near the entrance of the ear canal? Yes. Is it my type of fun? Yes. The app allows you to easily capture images / video of your ear excavation. It’s really amazing. LIGHTBULB does emit heat so don’t let it hover too close to the ear wall for too long.

Spent a lot of time trying to get this thing to work and I have finally come to realize I got a piece of trash. First phone I tried was a newer Moto android and it would not connect - just kept getting a loop to connect to the devices WiFi and no matter what I tried it would not work. Next I tried an iPhone and it actually connected fine but had no video. The light function to device works but no video. All trouble shooting fails. Tried another Android device which also connected but no video. That was the whole point of the device - I'm not blindly sticking a probe in my ear...oh well live and learn with buying cheap products.

Feels great in the ear, and it is very easy to use. The problem with it is that the tips break very easily against the metal tip. My other issue with it is due to the angle of the camera, you can't see as much as I'd like to see. I do think it has been effective in cleaning out the marginal outer parts of my ear.

I was pretty surprised at the quality I got for such a low price. Neat little tool.
