Is there a video offering hints on usage?

Cogorno golf has a YouTube video called “Stop hitting weak\right iron shots”. In the video he shows at least one good way to use it by aligning the club face properly during the backswing. Good luck.

Can you hit a ball with the training device on it? 😆

No. It is strictly an alignment aim.

Will this device adhere/stick to a Driver's face?

It does not stick to a driver face. Most all drivers are either titanium faced or composite.
