I absolutely love kiala , in fact I’m drinking it right now !! Kiala has really changed the game for me when it comes to getting through my busy days working two jobs and always on my feet. My digestion is the best it’s ever been as well as my energy. I now do not have to fight fatigue throughout the middle of my days. I have energy all day! And one of the best parts, it tastes good so it’s easy to drink. It helps me drink a whole glass of water when I first wake up in the morning, kiala has just become my morning routine. I absolutely love it, this is not a paid review I just genuinely really love the product. I don’t even mind the price that’s how well it’s worked for me!!

I love this stuff. I used to drink it 2 years ago and fell off. Now I’m back to using it first thing in the morning and I feel so energized from it. The Miami vice flavor is good too, way better than the berry

This taste so good. I had bought some reusable bottles and mix the powder in and shake it. Very delicious and i can say it’s effective

Really like the taste! I ordered Miami Vice but got Watermelon Slush sent instead, I wasn't upset about it because the flavor was delicious! The ingredients are really great and ensure I'm getting lots of antioxidants, my immune system feels strong, have energy, and I feel good throughout the day. This is definitely part of my routine now, will be buying anytime I run out and try the other flavors as well!

These have become my morning staple! They have definitely helped with bloating making me feel a little lighter with zero side effects. For greens, they actually taste good without having to mix them with anything else! They mix up really well in a shaker or even just a bottled water making them easy to drink on the go for my busy mornings.

I don't mind this. I know many have said it's too sweet but I didn't think so. I haven't noticed weight loss with it or anything "magical" but I figure it has ingredients in it that can help in ways I don't necessarily see or feel. I've had 2 containers and will probably buy one more. If I don't notice anything better in my body, whether it's energy, weight loss, less bloating, etc, I probably will stop at that point. I did buy Shaker cups to mix it because it does separate if you don't drink it quickly. In my opinion, it's probably a little overpriced for what you're getting but it's not terrible

I bought kiala when it was on a sale for $25, which i feel is reasonable. I love the product! But i refuse to pay the regular price of $40. I have a lot of GI issues, including discomfort, bloating, gas, and constipation. After taking this product for a week, it has helped somewhat improve on a lot of these issues. Im having more bowel movements and less bloating. I especially have trouble with bowel movements around my cycle and im now having bowel movements during that time of the month which improves my overall comfort and pain associated with my period. It may have a small energizing effect due to the coffee and tea in it, but its not too much. I can still sleep and i dont get the jitters. The taste is great. The sweetness isnt overly sweet or anything. It also has that earthy green flavor as well. Its a good balance. 5g carbs, 2g protein I would definitely buy this product regularly if it was consistently cheaper. Im not interesting in spending 35-40+ dollars on it.

Use this every day, have been for a month's now. Just now reviewing as I wanted to make sure I was giving an accurate rating. This has helped with my digest tremendously, and the energy. I notice when I didn't take this for the week of vacation I took, that I was not as energetic and my bathroom routine was off. I chalked it up to being on vacation, but when I added this back into my routine, I figured out what was missing.
