great quality
Wonderful product,, Ive been taking berberine for a while and found that the phytosome absorbs better.. so far i have lost 10 lbs in the last 6 mos without trying.. It keeps my blood sugar leveled out too

Symptoms starting to regulate

Stomach upset!
First day taking this results to headache, terrible bloating, indigestion and gassiness Hope there is a way to return this product and be refunded. will not take the supplement again.

Better than regular Berberine
I was using regular Berberine until I found this product. It’s WAY better. I can tell my body is using it in ways basic Berberine couldn’t do.
