Fan not good quality
Fan purchase in combo both fans working well for first 2 days , after 1 fan start to give wobbling sound and noise is unbearable and later find out is fan having bearing problem , since both fan purchased in combo so i need to return both together.

You cannot find the manufacturer to claim warranty. My fan worked only 1 and half months

The quality of the fan is very good. If I build my house then I will purchase all the fans from this only. Please tell me the discount for 5 fans.

I bought 6 fans of the Activa brand from Amazon, assuming the company would at least stand behind its product. Unfortunately, one fan stopped working while still under warranty, and the real problem started when we tried to get support. A complaint was raised on Wednesday, and till now there has been absolutely no response from the company. Even worse, when we tried contacting their sales/customer executive to explain the issue, they simply disconnected the call after hearing the complaint. This has happened more than once. If this is how Activa treats customers after selling their products, then the warranty clearly means nothing. Selling products is easy, but providing basic customer service seems impossible for this brand. Very disappointing experience. Buyers should seriously think twice before purchasing from this brand if this is the level of after-sales service they provide. @Amazon @Activa – please take responsibility and resolve this issue instead of ignoring customers.

I ordered two fans. One fan was delivered on the 20th and arrived in perfect condition. The second fan was delivered the next day, but unfortunately, its canopy was broken on arrival. Because of this issue with the second unit, I am currently giving a two-star rating. I have already raised a complaint through the company’s official email. In response, they shared a Google Form, which I have filled out with all the required details. After that, their team has started contacting me and is responding properly. If this issue is resolved satisfactorily, I will update this review and revise the rating accordingly. I will also share my final experience regarding their customer support and overall handling of the matter. Update: No genuine response from company, please don't expect much for warranty claims.
