I've been using these for a week now and overall I'm happy with them and they are good to have to do hand exercises while I'm working so always have them on my desk. The red "Heavy" one does give a good amount of resistance and is the most difficult on the ring and little fingers but it's just a matter of building up the strength. I have seen reviews mention they don't use the other ones because the resistance isn't high enough but that's going to vary person to person and would be useful for the non-dominant hand. At the moment I have only been using the red (Heavy) and blue (Medium) ones, I use the red one until my hand gets pretty fatigued and then move down to the blue one to finish off with and that seems to work best for me rather than going from the most resistance to nothing. These will help with grip strength but I have been mostly using these to exercise my hand for playing guitar after a number of years away from it. I have quite big hands but these still fit well in my hand well and are very comfortable to use. I think the price is good for the set of 3 of these, some manufacturers are asking more for just 1, so even if the heavy one is all you are going to use you're still actually better off buying this set, they are good quality and I haven't had issues with them squeaking or catching on other pegs when pushing them down, very happy overall.

Great product for strengthening fingers, those fingers are learning to play the guitar 🎸 so needed work!

They're fairly well made for the price but quite comfortable in the hand. However, even the strongest one is a little on the weak side so the lower ones are effectively useless

Great value and a useful element to hand exercising.

I have pathetically weak hands and arthritis in some of my fingers. I do use battery operated jar and tin openers, which are great but I’d really like to build up and maintain some natural strength in my hands and I think this hand exerciser might be the thing that will do the job. Positives: The item arrived in a small, fairly plain box. Each exerciser was in its own sealed plastic bag. A drawstring bag is included for storing the exercisers. The information/instruction booklet is comprehensive and easy to follow and includes a QR code for further information. The booklet also provides information and pictures about the anatomy and physiology of the forearm and hand, which is interesting and useful for identifying which area may be causing weakness. Negatives: It’s not a negative as such but these should be kept out of the reach of children since it would be very easy to trap or catch small fingers in the springs. This is a good product that is useful for many purposes, such as rehabilitation following injury, surgery or stroke as well as improving and maintaining hand strength in older people, particularly if they arthritis. I definitely recommend this product.

Physical therapy doctor recommended these to improve finger strength. Arrived on time and made of high quality material Grip strength has improved and they are very comfortable to use. Perfect size to put in my pocket to use throughout the day.

This is a good set of finger and hand strength trainers. They fit well in hand and come in a set of different strengths. They are plastic, but sturdy and not too heavy.
