Characters constantly fall apart.
The idea is great but the characters fall apart with the slightest of touch and some of the smaller detail dont even work. My son was so excited when he saw thw box. So I got it out and started putting it together. At first i thought "ideal" as the van was pretty much put together. However bag by bag I pulled ojt the people, motorbike and other biys that all had to be built wuth zero instructions. Whilst building the bad guy and police man, i noticed they were super fragile. The bad guy in particular. I set it all up and my son was super excited to play with his new birthday present. However it lasted about 2 minutes due to everytime he touched a character the arms, legs or head fell off. At first i was blaming him for being a bit heavy handed, however when trying to out them back together when putting one piece on anotjer would fall off. Needless to say the toy has sat unplayed with on his birthday. Also little things like the padlock is too big to fit in the locking gate and other little niuances. Over all very dissapointed. I shall stick to a recognised brand in future.

Doors come off constantly, not sturdy enough for 4 years old
Comes with loads of tiny bits, the toys are ok however the truck’s doors and windows come off constantly which made it annoying!

Bits fall off and too much assembly
So much unnecessary assembly required, should have come mostly put together. Also other reviewers comments are true the figurines constantly fall apart with arms legs and hats falling off when simply moving them. On figurines arm is defective and doesn't clip on at all. The small accessories with the figurines are not designed to stay on so are pointless. The truck is generally well built and the features are as described, minor improvements would make this an amazing product

Ich versteh die Negativen Bewertungen nicht. Alles robust und hoch qualitativ trotz dem so verachteten Chinaproduktionen. Schade nur das es keine erweiterte Produktpalette wie Mittelalter, Wild West o.ä. wie bei Playmobil gibt. Der von mir gekaufte Artikel passt, in Sachen Fahrzeuge und Zubehör, top in meine Playmobil Sammlung. Gerne wieder!
