Portable Heating Pad for Period Cramps, Electric Heat Pad Back Pain Relief

Love these things! It helps with pain relief of cramping on my period or back pain. It has good heat. Great value for the money. I wish the battery life lasted a little longer for a few hours of use but it was a great item.

It does what it says, the vibration is ok and the heating too, the two "buts" I have are: the battery: for around 10 minutes it used 10% of the battery and the material is not like a pad it is rigid plastic so if you want to use it in the neck or a shoulder, it is hard to find the position since you can't fold it.

For my girlies that get cramps! This is something you’ll want to keep with you all the time when you’re in your period! There’s a soft velvety padding that goes against your skin and the heat is adjustable I especially love the massage feature where it has different vibrating levels to really help ease your cramps. When I’m working at my desk this is perfect for those at work moments where you just need some relief from the pain.

So far my favorite heating heating pad on amazon at the moment- i use it when I have flairs for my celiac! The vibrations are powerful enough to feel through a few layers or even a blanket and the band has good tightness for more petite people like myself. It takes a second to heat up and might take a bit of adjusting when you do get it does heat up. It can get hot! The safety time is pretty good, I can end up passing out from the relief it gives me before the timer goes off and the battery lasts a while between charges.

I bought this for my gf almost a year ago cause I would see how hard her first few days were with cramps. she’s used it every month since and calls it a life saver! if you’re on the fence, buy this! she still thanks me to this day for it cause she didn’t even know these were a thing, i was just trying to help

So far, it's fair. I bought during my time of the month to see how effective it'd be. The vibration feature is ok, not sure if it actually helps. The 5 temperatures are very nice though I don't go past the 3rd setting because it gets too hot. My 2 moderate issues are it's size and placement. It's not very large...it's barely a medium size lol. (Guestimate: 5.5in long and 2.5in wide) So, if placed right over uterus and you're standing or laying down, it's great. Sitting, not so much. The biggest plus is that it's portable and super light weight. I'm not confined to one spot like with my big heater. It's slim so I wear a jacket over to cover during work. And I really like the adjustable strap. I think it will suit a variety of body sizes and shapes. No, I'm not sure it's worth the price I paid (24 bucks). Time will tell...if it can last even 6 months Ill be good with that...so I suggest buying when it's on sale! Overall, it's a solid product and I think would work especially when you need to be mobile and those cramps wanna knock you out!

Definitely buy this! I got it 3 days ago, and have used it every day since I struggle with back pain and severe abdominal pains daily, and the only relief I get is from heat. Hot water bottles are great, but I found mine getting cold quickly, and having to get uo and refill it constantly, especially at work, was tiresome. With this, I get the heat, and it has vibration settings, which is also great for the pains! It does turn off every 30mins, but it takes seconds to turn back on and get to thr same setting as it was on, which is much more convenient than a hot water bottle. I used this during my 8 hour shift, and by the time I finished work and got home, the batter was on 33%, so it does last a while, and I just charge it overnight. Definitely recommend this to anybody looking!! ETA: I've been using this consistently for months now, and haven't encountered any issues. Would 100% say its worth it xxx

I really like this unit! It heats up instantly, and the lowest setting is usually more than adequate. The heating pad measures 8 inches wide, which is wider than many others. Not only does it cover a broader range on the body, the heat is actually spread out over a wider area and not so concentrated in the middle, as in another brand I also purchased. And being wider, it's more versatile in that it can be worn for back pain, as well I'm still getting used to the unit and it is extremely comfortable. When it turns itself off after 30 minutes, I forget I'm even wearing it. It's solid and very well made. And, unlike the more popular brands, this one has a comprehensive digital display, which makes it easier to adjust and more user-friendly. Most important, though is its ability to reduce the severity of pain, and it does so while enabling mobility. It's also thin enough to wear discreetly when away from home. I haven't yet used the vibration feature, so can't comment other than it is loud enough to be heard from across a quiet room. I'm very satisfied with this product!
