Great product, love the fact that some many things are rolled into one.

Thanks to this Sea Moss I can walk around without pain and it has also helped with my Lupus my eyes are brighter and I sleep well without taking any sleeping pills this is a game changer for my health I feel so much better.

So far this product seems to be working great!

I was taking Irish Sea Moss supplements before and for whatever reason, I stopped ordering them. I started up again when I was ordering another supplement from this company to help reduce Cortisol (helps with hip pain and sleeping better at night). Just one word of advice - take this supplement with food and don't take it at night. I woke up with mild heartburn. I re-read the label and sure enough, it recommends taking with food. Duh... next time I will read a bit more! This supplement does help with a boost in energy and my mood is lighter. It takes a couple of weeks to notice, but then it's like... "Oh wow, this is a nice change!"

Its ok! But there are somethings I'm allergic too and I did react too. So I stopped taking it.

I have been taking this stuff for well over a year and still love it to this day. I'm in my 40's and don't get much exercise, this helps me still feel healthy and have drive to get up and go!!
