It gives me lots of energy. I make sure to take early in morning with first meal so I can still go to sleep at a decent time. Easy to swallow, no after taste and I exercise in the afternoon after work and I still have energy to complete my workouts. It helps to burn some of that energy so I sleep well. I’ve only been taking a week now but I can see taking this long term. So far so good.
