Must try protein if you are allergic to lactose, this has been almost like a food for me, you can mix it with water, make chapathi, add to curry, so basically I add 2 to 3 spoons in all my meals, so overall I get 30 to 40 grams of protein from this, it makes me feel full and also my muscle percentage has increased.

First buy was good so ordered another. As it reached I took the first scoop, and something was very much off. Didn't dissolve. Got lumpy so waited for sometime. Ultimately protein settled at bottom. I just took a sip but couldn't swallow. Bad very bad experience. Taste is bad, Doesn't dissolve, I don't see it nicely digesting and helping any ways. Had to go back to my previous brand.
